I like the food here, but they charge additional fee, just a $15 soup and $22 plate, and drink $3.50 came to be $55, there is a $10 extra fee who knows for what.

Bunch of fried shrimp and egg rollsNothing special. Went back for a fork and I stood there patiently for over 5 min right in front and no acknowledgement. I know they saw me.

….i ate the meal before I could think of taking pics…i was super hungry and it was so good! Chicken pho, green tea, and some fried chicken bites…all very tasty and filling.

Located in San Pedro Square among many other options, Phonomenal is a decent choice for a quick bite! I ordered the steak pho and the total with tax and tip came out to $20. The broth was good and they gave a good amount of noodles and the usual fixings (bean sprouts, lime, sauces- though no basil :( ). My only complaint is there wasn't that much meat, maybe 5-6 slices of the thin shabu shabu meat style beef. Overall still a good meal though, filled me up and was fast and yummy. I received my order within 5 minutes of placing it on the kiosk screen.

A great go to Vietnamese restaurant with a huge menu. The pho is always good. And the portions are huge too!!

I ordered garlic noodles and chicken chow fun. No human interaction. You order from a tablet and receive your receipt via text. The problem is they never text you to pick up your food. It just so happened that I went to check my order and I saw this lady bring the bag out and leave it on the counter. I walk over and saw my name on it. If I had waited for a text then that food would be cold.Food is plentiful but pedestrian. Garlic noodles had no garlic flavor. Not worth the price.

I would be giving this pho restaurant 5 stars because it is that good. The bone broth is amazing. Everything is super fresh and so healthy! The ambiance of the place is fast food kitchen as it's in an industrial style building with lots of other restaurants and it the building is extremely busy. Tons of people and it's very noisy. But if you love that kind of atmosphere down town you will love this. For me, I enjoy take out or delivery. The first time I ordered here my pho bowl had so much meat and deliciousness. I felt it was very fair for the price. However what took me from 5 stars down to 3 is that the last two times I ordered delivery from here, there wasn't nearly the amount of meat from the first time was which pretty much left it mostly rice noodles and broth with a few pieces of meat and then of course... the fresh raw additions they send... sliced jalapeños, bean sprouts and fresh lime. I love the hoisin additions they send and the siracha style sauce to spicy it up.All in all this place is amazing. Just feeling a little let down on the reduction of actual meat.

First time here! I liked how we order from the kiosk and get a text when our food is ready. There was no service interaction. I just got a small snack of the spring rolls. They tasted fresh and good! I liked how each roll was individually wrapped. The shrimp and meat tasted fresh too I did not like the peanut sauce! It was sooooo so watery. Because it was watery, it didnt have that good flavor to it. Price point: I think it's a tad on the expensive part tbh it is down town in San Pedro's so I guess it's fine Will try the other food items!

Avoid the chicken. Couldn’t even chew it. Noodles were 3/5. Wouldn’t try this restaurant again.
