I stopped by to grab a couple of slices :-D’Lex Chicken & Bacon-PestoPizza My Heart is generous with their toppings, but I preferred the Pesto. With less toppings, the crust is more intact. Shoutout to the team that helped me right before closing! Apparently, I walked in 5 minutes before closing, yet they still gave me the option to dine in. They heated the pizza slices. When I realized they were closing up, I asked to take the pizza to go.

Came here for late lunch food was great and service was good but the wait time can be long, so pack your patience, nice seating in door and out door. Pizza was nice and fresh. Ceasar salad and pizza

Second time my husband ordered from this location in the last few months, and we've just gotten a terrible product. First time, he ordered 2 slices of pizza. Guy puts them in the over and walks away to talk with coworkers for quite a while. Came back, pulled out burnt pizzas and tried to give to my husband as if they were fine. Rolled his eyes when husband asked for new slices. Tonight, preordered a cheese pizza, was told it'll be 20min. Husband left in 10min (takes 5 to get there) pizza was ready and boxed when he came in to pick up. He came home, opened the box and it was obviously hours old, just warmed a few min in the oven. Cheese congealed and not fresh at all. My kids took a couple bites and said they didn't want it (they would eat any pizza). Just not good. Service is seriously lacking, no one seems to care or take pride in their job. Next time we'll rather spend more money at California Pizza than get below subpar food and service

The create your own pizza is so bland. There is absolutely no flavour. Look at the photo and just by looking at the pizza it looks like vegetables are just sitting on a base. They don't give you an option for any seasoning for the create your own nor do they add their own. Even the vegetables arent cooked well and feel very raw on the pizza - they dont blend in. Very disappointed. I wanted to try this because I was regularly buying a really nice frozen pizza brand and wanted to try something fresh. However my frozen pizza was 100 times better than this. Perhaps their non custom pizzas have flavor but totally avoid the create your own.

They put my slice in the oven, then the entire staff went to the back to talk or something. Came out 10 minutes later and saw it was burnt, they still tried to give it to me anyway.

Was excited to try PMH out when it opened. Have been here 3 times and the experience hasn't been great. The service is very lacking, it seems like no-one wants to be here or its a social club for folks behind the counter. On the last visit, the person helping us had longer hair and kept flipping it around while he was getting our pizza (no hair net). The pizza itself didn't seem fresh all 3 times we had it. We might have had better experience ordering a whole versus a slice. Might have had a better experience ordering a whole next online. The place is nice, new, and clean, but not sure i'd return.

Ordered their heart-shaped cheese pizza for Valentine's Day & it was so cute, yummy. Called earlier in the day for a later pick-up & it was ready, although they mentioned it could take longer due to them being so busy for the holiday. Nice touch was receiving a small goodie bag with the pizza slicer & candy kisses. Staff seemed friendly in person & on the phone! I was surprised to hear they offered delivery so next time we'll try that out.

Our order was placed for pickup via DoorDash today. Guy at the counter was very rude to my son and dropped the pizzas onto the counter and had attitude about the 8 sides of ranch we ordered and paid for. Very very unprofessional. The ranch also spilled out in the bag, making for an even more terrible experience. As for the 14" Maui Wowie, we were even more disappointed to find that the toppings were undercooked.

Taste wise as good as any other. Service was great. The only thing lacking is the portion size. This is the only location that cuts them pretty small. At other locations, the slices barely fit the box

The large slices are so convenient and fulfilling. It's less than $7. It's so hard to choose which one to get, as they're all delicious. I wish they had a name plate or a menu display for each of the slices since it's hard to know which pizza is which. If you've never had Pizza My Heart, you won't know which slice is the Big Sur, Little Sur, Virgin Creek, Rockaway etc. The service was quick and I didn't have to wait long as they warmed up the slices. Maverick's and Big Sur are my go-to choices.

I really enjoyed my two big slices of pizza. Very filling. They also have spicy honey that you can request if you want to drizzle your pizza with it. Friendly staff, new space, fast service and my pizza was delicious especially the Big Sur.
