First time here and it was a good experience. The food tasted fresh and delicious. You can build your own bowl so you get what you want. Spicy dressing has a nice kick into it. The small costs $16, medium $18 and large $20.

I ordered 3 proteins. The guy kept taking out the fish. If it's just one time, it's fine. He did it 3 times for salmon and 2 times for tuna. I got 5 pieces of cucumbers, 10 pieces of corn, about 10 edamame and tiny amount of kale. My bowl filled with rice, but not toppings. I pretty much see rich in my bowl. This is very disappointing! Will not go back.

Ordered through Ubereats and was ready in less than 15 minutes. They were also super sweet as I had two dogs walking to pick it up, and they brought it to the main door. Small efforts like that make a big difference. I ordered salmon and ahi tuna poke bowl with ponzu. My only gripe is there was no ponzu in the bowl:/

This place used to be great before Covid. Never had any issues. Covid's been declared over like a year ago, it's a part of our lives now and they still decline cash. Half the time I leave, and they never have sriracha (something minimal) but as some who is picky about how they like their food I now feel I wasted 18 dollars cus it taste disgusting to me. Sriracha is a main part of poke they always use the excuse it's out of stock to order but I can literally go across the street to kenji and get some. I work nearby and it used to be my go to several times a week. Today was my last. Gonna just order from poke house down the street would rather pay a delivery fee and be 10000 satusfied.

We've had Poke bowls at multiple places and this is our first time going to Poke Bar at Santana Row. We'll never come back because customer service was poor, portion was tiny and there's no value for what you spend here. The guy was so stingy with the food choices that we picked especially the protein. They nickel and dime you for small slices of avocado and mango which are free selections at every other Poke restaurants we've been to. When I said no to the avocado and mango, the guy rolled his eyes at me. I also questioned their food since it didn't look fresh. Lastly, there aren't many options and the quality or grade of proteins are below grade. I'd give this place negative stars.

Many protein options like salmon, tuna, octopus, and tofu! Appreciated that there had the option of both white & brown rice as the base. There’s no indoor seating, but are still some nice outdoor seating areas!Dietary restrictions: Has vegetarian options for protein like tofu!

A must go for Poke lovers. Staff is friendly and welcoming, portions are massive and a fair price. Rarely ever do I leave with my bowl half filled as their portions are extremely generous!

been coming here on and off for the past year. used to be alright but now they give so little food. not sure if new staff is stingy, new management, or staff just trying to save some for themselves cuz they look like they hate their jobs

I used to like this place, but my recent experience at Poke Bar on Santana Row was disappointing. I ordered one medium and one large bowl and was charged for unexpected items, including kale noodles that were not clearly indicated as an extra charge. Additionally, I was charged twice for tuna, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, the receipt was immediately thrown away, making it difficult to verify the charges and address any issues. Moreover, the sauce was much spicier than I expected and not marked as spicy on the menu, which was disappointing. The high price of over $48 for the two bowls (medium and large), especially given the issues with the order, was also concerning.

I ordered a to go poke bowl, the service was super fast and friendly, the employee noticed that my husband and baby were waiting outside and he made sure to prepare my bowl as fast as possible. Now regarding the food, it's very fresh and the portion is generous. I loved it.
