Nestled inside JiaJia Kitchen, you'll find QQQ Tea and Coffee Place conveniently situated adjacent to the food counters. They offer an impressive selection of boba, juice, and tea options, all at incredibly affordable prices.

Used to come get great chicken 10 years ago. Been here multiple times in 2022 and noone is ever present.Came at 720 once and they said they're open 11-7 every day, but it only seems staffed once it's closed these days.

I went here because of it had great reviews but I should have looked at the dates they were written. I came here since it was on my way to work and off the highway. Needless to say I was very disappointed. First they didn't have most of their drinks on their menu I wanted a fruit tea and a Thai iced tea but they didn't have it. So I got the taro and jasmine milk tea. The taro was definitely powder as it was bright purple and I could taste the granules. The boba was too mushy and I came when it opened up, so it makes me wonder if they were old. I will pass on this place if you are craving.

I ordered the peach green tea with less sugar and ice. Unfortunately the sugar content was still extremely high, therefore it tasted like sugar water. I got home and added 12 ozs of additional tea to tone down the sugar level. I also ordered the popcorn chicken and was VERY disappointed. The chicken looked overcooked and burnt. There was not much flavor. The portion was great, but if it was cooked better, that would have been a bang for the buck.

Just got my favorite popcorn chicken from QQQ Tea today. Unfortunately this time was disappointing. The outer layer was dark and doesn't taste fresh.

Ok.. i would like to begin first with a disclaimer: don't come here expecting top quality tea, but for the price point, it is pretty darn good. I got a milk tea + popcorn chicken for ~$8. THAT IS UNHEARD OF IN SAN JOSE!! Let me share some of the things that stood out to me when I first went here: 1. It's located in this big building that is kind of converted into a strip mall?? Weird 2. I called in to make a pick up order. I had to repeat myself to the lady who answered the phone--she did not understand that I wanted a "milk tea with boba"--it's ok English probably isn't her first language. But she hung up before I had a chance to tell her I wanted popcorn chicken too! LOL. I had to call back. 3. Cash preferred 4. No cash register?? She calculated my total using a calculator 10/10 would come back because of how cheap it was. The popcorn chicken was actually super flavorful and I had a lot left over!

We were in the area and stopped by to grab some boba drinks. We got a strawberry smoothie with boba and a classic milk tea with boba. Unfortunately the lady who helped us was extremely rude, but we tried to give the business the benefit of the doubt. Sadly, both drinks were the worst boba drinks we have ever had. The boba was not cooked for long enough, so they were hard and had to be thrown away. And the drinks had an awful taste and after taste. I literally would not come back here even if they were giving boba drinks out for free. Save yourself the heartache and skip this place!

Has a limited menu due to COVID. Cash is preferred still, but you can pay with credit cards now (it's 30 cents more), or you can pay with venmo.

The rose milk tea and a honeydew milk tea with Boba are my two favorite drinks. This store is the reason for my love for honeydew milk tea. It's in a cute little plaza and the staff is always very friendly despite possible language barriers. Remember to be kind as we are all doing the best we can i've tried other tees and I've also tried the popcorn chicken and everything is delicious but make sure you try the honeydew milk tea. It's the best!

I'm pretty satisfied with the tea here! I came to the Saratoga Plaza on a weekday afternoon just browsing the indoor food court. There was a woman at the cash register that didn't have the best English, but she did her best to get my order. I love that you can pay via Venmo for contactless payment! I originally asked for a Honeydew Jasmine Tea with milk, but she said they were out of honeydew... so in the end, I asked for a Strawberry Milk Tea... but she gave me a Strawberry Black Tea. It was still pretty good and refreshing, but not exactly what I ordered. This drink in particular was also VERY SWEET although I asked for 50% sugar. I also ordered a Rose Green Tea, which was in their best sellers list. This drink was actually really good. Very refreshing, floral, and sweet! A good tea taste and a VERY GOOD price. I would come back for this drink if I am craving a good floral drink on a hot day or after a greasy meal!

Something must had happened. Today we visited, there was this new lady. She was coughing. Then all 3 drinks were watered down. Barely any taste. Very disappointed after going there for years.

The woman who helped me was extremely rude and the tea took a while even tho i ordered two jasmine teas with no sugar. The tea itself was mediocre. The workers were NOT wearing gloves and we're in the middle of a pandemic. In addition, the lady at the cashier tossed my card at me which i found disrespectful. I would give them 0 stars if i could. do NOT come here.

Not consistent. We always order 25% sugar. Sometimes still wayyyy too sweet.
