***REVIEW IS FOR MANAGEMENT*** Why allow orders to be placed online if they CAN'T be fulfilled, even when your website says the restaurant is open and taking orders?! Be cautious ordering anything after 8PM through the Ruff pickup website. There's not even a phone number to call to report an issue with your order... My parents received a notification that their order was scheduled for pickup between 8:20-8:30PM at a restaurant closing at 9:30PM. Why wasn't anyone there? They waited for 30+ minutes and received NOTHING. You could even see orders being printed out through the machine by the minute while the counter was unstaffed. That's ridiculous! Ruff NEEDS to close orders if the restaurant is closed for the day, just like they do for spots that aren't available. What a shame because during "typical" hours, we've never had issues. Food is fine with a wide variety, service is decent and it's a really neat concept to have everything under one roof. This honestly has hurt our opinion of Ruff Food Pickup. I've filled out a form online about the ordering issues and have yet to hear back. My dad even said when he asked other restaurants that were still open, that the Ruff workers left at 8PM. Again, Ruff should've closed orders for those restaurants instead of allowing customers to order and pay. Meanwhile, DoorDash and UberEats fulfilled orders just fine as orders weren't taken if the restaurant was closed, and orders were taken if open and staffed.

This worked for us. We ordered through BonChon Kitchen specializing in Korean Fried Chicken. We tried spicy chicken and garlic fried dumplings. Ordered ahead for pickup. It was right on time. Good was hot and tasty. Very convenient for us. Near J Town. Will try again.

Purely a food pick up location with lots of restaurants to choose from. No setup to dine in (reason for 1 star for atmosphere) but a well run operation. I ordered at the kiosk from Umami Express which was healthy and delicious. Will be back again to try other kitchens.
