I recently moved in the area. I visited this store for the first time and I love it! I like that it is not so far from where I live and it is always tidy. Very easy to find what I need I am in and out in like literally 6 minutes. They take care of everything the produce is not messy like other locations. You can always count on spotting an employee in one of the aisles if you do need help. The customer service so far is great.

This Safeway location is one of the nicest locations that I've been to. The associates there are more than friendly. I met a Christian at this location named Kent and he was super amazing at helping me to clean my cart during the Covid 19 Pandemic. They even let you use the restrooms at this location. This store is well stocked and well priced. I even have a dear Christian friend named Angelina who works with Safeway and that says a lot about the company!

I don't shop much at Safeway am more of a Trader Joe's type of guy. Also Safway is more expensive. This location is well stocked and the staff are very friendly. Overall an ok experience.

Seth and geanie went above and beyond with customer service my brother couldn't find a soup and they made sure he got the soups he needed he can only have soups because his mouth is wired shut so he was happy to know they helped find what he needed I will continue to come to this store we felt completely welcomed! I will also recommend friends to go. Thank you

i have read many review about this safeway on bird in the willow glen area... and all i have to say is i received today around 740 pm excellent customer service... i would like to highlight the staff member in the deli department Jessica (i hope i read the correct name) i wanted to take advantage of the special meal deal with chicken... and i could access my app program for the special price... Jessica went out of her way to help me with my phone .. and when that became a problem she went out of her way to get me a coupon to scan (i hope i dont get her in trouble) but she highlighted the other specials and i bought special price items.. thank you .. and when i went to self checking area i think a manager wearing tan shirt was very helpful in helping people with the self checking .. .. so i think this place does a great job...

Do not order online with this Safeway. They never delivered on time, and I received a call from Safeway the day after the scheduled delivery asking if they can now deliver. The staff are unprofessional and lack in customer service skills. When Safeway has your home delivery orders delivered by Door Dash, they never give the drivers your full address and the drivers would constantly call me for the specific address. Poor service. Dont waste your time.

The lack of customer service and anger that Jessica displayed in the flower department today right before Valentine's Day was baffling. What did I ever do to her? I was asking a few questions until she completely shut me down by responding with "I'm not going to argue with you." I am still confused by this interaction. She was disrespectful and unfriendly she should not be in a customer facing role.

Worst customer service I have ever received in my life! Went in today to purchase items and got in line as usual. I had a couple of guests ahead of me and an employee ushered me to the speedy checkout for 15 items or less. I asked are you sure and he said yes there is only one person ahead. I moved over and the cashier "WENDY" refused to check me! She said you have way too many items get out of my line! Very aggressive and fully scowling the entire time. I was shocked by her demeanor! I told her I was ASKED to move lanes and now there were people added to that line. She said I don't care I'm not going to ring you up! The guest ahead of me was shocked as well and suggested I call a manager. I asked WENDY to call her manager and she refused. She said you just want to get me in trouble! I asked another checker to call the store manager and THEN WENDY said fine I will help you after her. I was APPALLED by WENDY'S HORRIFYING LACK of SERVICE. I almost feel like there was an element of RACISM involved. Either that or she went if her medication because her behavior was sooo bizarre I really cannot fathom it. She needs to be FIRED. TODAY. I will never ever be back!

This Safeway's management and customer service is absurd. The butcher and seafood stand in unattended most of the time. After waiting for tens of minutes customers give up and move on. If it weren't for the convenience of 24-7 access this place would have been belly up by now.

I live near the location in Williow Glenn and everytime I come here the customer service is always amazing. They're so friendly and helpful. Today for example, Juana from the bakery went above and beyond to help us find what we were for. I'm super thankful, even though I originally declined she insisted and went the extra mile. Thank you, Juana! Many of the other local businesses can learn a lot from the customer service here at this Safeway. We'll definitely be coming back.

2 stars because the staff is friendly and the location is nice and quiet This store is in the past and is in URGENT need of updating. They at any time have 1, maybe 2 check stands open There's 2 more check stands that are never open. Why they don't tare those down, and create self check out stands in that un-used real estate is beyond me. It is SO SLOW. We are considering not going here (even though we lived 1/4 mile away) just because of this reason.

this place is a joke, very over priced compared to sprouts or other local grocery stores. the produce is terrible quality. most importantly is the scam they do every day on sale items . four out of the last five times i shopped at safeway i found several items that were tagged as on sale but did not give me the sale price until i went back and brought it to their attention which they agreed they were wrong every time. this chain of stores saves tens of thousands of dollars by not giving the sale price because most people do not check their receipts. be aware......
