Food was great and the place was clean , the server was excellent! We were a party of eight we ate lobster, steak, shrimp, sirloin tips, hamburger,fries and the salad bar which had nachos...we topped it off with soft serve ice cream with tons of toppings. Best ice cream everYUM!

I had not been to a Sizzler in years but I had not forgotten the tiny portions and low quality meat. I was with a group of people and we took up about 4 tables. The place was almost deserted but we waited for 1.5 hours for our dinners after ordering. I was totally surprised by the excellent, huge steak cooked exactly the way I wanted but by the time they brought it out we asked them to make it to go. So it was a very mixed experience. Excellent steak at an unbeatable price, but terrible service. I would consider calling ahead and getting it to go, but I would not plan on eating in the restaurant. Also, the buffet items like soup, salad and dessert were not labeled and it was not obvious what they were, but the food definitely had been sitting out for a very long time.

Well, I didn't like the food, it was cold, the meat was tasteless, a lot of fat, I asked my daughter for some tenders with potatoes, they were cold, all the food was tasteless in my opinion, I was also served by an Asian waitress and an unkind lady because she wants so much Even the food that he removes from the tables is thrown all over the floor. We've been patrionizing this sizzler for some time now. Unfortunately, We may reconsider driving to Sizzler in Santa Clara because they're both handicap accessible and they offer aChanging station for infants.I may contact a city inspector and mention this issue to them.

I went to the Sizzler in San Jose in Aborn Square and I was sorely disappointed. First of all, I had a birthday special $5 off deal from the e-club, which they refused to honor, insisting I needed to have it printed out when the small text says plainly that you only need to present it on your mobile phone. Oh well. So I ordered steak and lobster and paid extra for the 8 oz version, but the steak was still small, I couldn't even tell if they upgraded it or not. And the lobster tail was just a scam. They gave me a an empty shell with a tiny snickers bar sized piece of lobster taped stuck to the back. I've had lobster tail before and it definitely wasn't a full sized tail. Other than that, food itself tasted good. The steak was tender. And the service was also great, but yeah, I felt like I got totally ripped off.

Without a doubt, the best value around. Unlimited salad bar, drink, hot food bar, chicken legs, Texas toast, and dessert for about $15! The food was great and a very relaxing atmosphere. I'll definitely be going back!
