An absolute delight!!! Not only is the soft serve deliciously tasty, but the fact that it comes in a taiyaki (fish shaped cake) makes it absolutely perfect and amazing ?I tried the ube and strawberry swirl ahboong with the custard filling, it was amazing!

I had a great experience at some some, It's a unique ice cream spot with quick service and a standout flavor – their matcha ice cream is a must-try! However, it's a bit disappointing that they don't allow flavor sampling and have limited flavors. Overall, it's worth a visit for the delicious treats and speedy service.

I go to this somi somi location pretty often since I go to school nearby. The soft serve always hits. This is one of my go to dessert spots, this location specifically as well. The later hours are perfect for me and my friends who typically go out later. The soft serve is always so yummy and the taiyaki fish are always nice and crispy. My all time favorite swirl was the matcha and horchata. The matcha flavor always hits. You order on the kiosk, but sometimes if the workers are free, they'll take your order at the register. I'm not sure if he's the manager or owner, but the older man that's normally there (or at least whenever I happen to go) is always super friendly and welcoming. There's no indoor seating, but there's a shelf that runs along the wall that you can stand and eat at. During peak hours it gets pretty busy, but there's plenty of room inside to wait for your order to be called. It's super clean, and I've always left super satisfied. It's in a big plaza with LOTS of parking, so that's never been an issue for me.

SomiSomi is my absolute favorite spot for delish, Asian-inspired soft serve and pastries. This location is in an unassuming shopping complex near Berryessa Flea Market and larger than some of their other stores -- it was busy on a Friday evening, but the line moved quickly. The staff is super sweet and efficient. I love their new red bean flavor soft serve, super tasty and not too sweet. I haven't seen it before, and really glad I tried it. Be sure to check their IG page for the swirls of the week, if you want to plan in advance!

Service: The cashier was friendly and patient. The food generally takes a while to come out because this place is always packed. You order, wait for them to call your number and then when you pick up your order they ask you what toppings you want. Ambiance: chic, light, fun. There are some seats available by the wall. Most people are standing around waiting for their number to be called.Food: It's good. I get cravings for this once in a while. The warm bread contrasted by the refreshing ice cream is top tier. Plus you can add toppings.

Not our local Somisomi, but it was a great visit. It felt like any other Somisomi where the inside was brightly lit and clean. The service was nice and pleasant. As a food chain, it was really consistent with the other Somisomi's I've tried before in the past. The Taiyaki's were great. Freshly made and packed with your favorite flavor of ice cream. A great choice anytime of the year.

Came in and was pleasantly surprised by the ube and milk combination that was available! Got the inverse ahbong which is a staple as it is the best of both worlds. The service was fast and friendly, asked for all the toppings that we wanted and it was acknowledged gracefully. The ambiance inside is very basic, not much seating but, very clean. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I'd been wanting to try SomiSomi for a while, and truly don't know why it took me this long. The store wasn't busy at all on a Wednesday afternoon. The interior was minimalistic and clean looking. I ordered through the electronic kiosk, which was very convenient. There were many enticing soft serve flavors, so I had a hard time choosing, but decided on the Red Bean Ahboong. For the Ahboong, you also got to choose a filling, and I picked custard. Service was very quick, with zero social interaction required. The Ahboong ended up being delicious - perfect texture, right level of sweetness, great proportion of ice cream to custard. Will happily return to try more items!

One of my favorite SomiSomis by far! The people here are so hardworking and sweet which I always appreciated! I have tried the soft serve combos which include Ube, Matcha, Cookies and Cream, and Milk! It was very flavorful and affordable for top-tier ice cream. They all taste like the flavors that they advertised. They offer strawverries and macarons. I also love their macarons, they are on the chewier side, which contrasts greatly with the sprinkles, Oreo powder, and matcha powder, with the flavor of the ice cream. All the flavors are milk-free with the exception of milk flavor.Their hot taiyaki is super good as well and very chewy with great flavors. They have six flavors which are on their menu! The only menu item I would not recommend is the soft serve coffee as it is coffee with just ice cream put into it and it is not too well-blended.Overall, date night, ice cream night, a small snack after shopping at Safeway, dog date, this place is for you!

Nothing beats soft serve on a Saturday night! I really like the creative flavors here and they typically go well together. We got the upside down Horchata Matcha swirl topped with chocolate Rice Krispies. We arrived 30 min before closing and there was a line; however, there are two kiosks and one cashier so the line moved very quickly.

This time I tried their Ube matcha combo and loved it. A nice quick desert option after dinner!!The place is very well lit and clean with some trendy music playing. Their service is quick as well. They make the fish waffles in house and fresh, right in front of you so it's pretty cool to watch.I always get the upside down ahboong which involves first choosing the soft serve flavor, then the filling of the waffle and finally you get to decide the topping too. They always have some weekly special flavors as well to choose from.
