New drinks to try all the time! Staff super friendly and FAST! PLENTY of seating inside and outside. Handicap friendly. There is little limited parking in front but plenty on the side.Wheelchair accessibility: Multiple handicap with wheelchair space right in front. Well maintained ramps and smooth surfaces for easy access. Heavy glass double doors so wheelchair might have a slight issue but not that bad.

I never leave a SB review but I just wanted to thank Ivy for making my coffee the way I like it!! Upon first sip it was literally just the way I wanted it/make at home! I always mobile order and somehow the coffee just never ends up tasting right. It's not hard to mess up an iced americano with soy milk and a pump of vanilla syrup, but a lot of starbucks I go to don't make them how I like it to taste. My coffee tasted fresh and was just the right amount of sweetness. Thank you again Ivy, this coffee made my day!!

hands down the worst starbucks i've been to in san jose. got there when they opened, they hadn't opened the doors yet at 4:30AM and seemed annoyed when I was there early. They had just opened and of course they lazily said they didn't have apple croissants, to which I called him out for and then he proceeded to say they did have them but needed them to "defrost". He was very unpleasant and then proceeded to be condescending when I was trying to scan the app on the scanner, to which he told me it didn't work that way and wanted me to apple pay instead when I was already using the app.. to which guess what? they charged me on my card and the app because he didn't know what was what. do not come here just go to the one closest instead.

The worst Starbucks In town, I have to get a gift card credit 3 times. since I’ve stayed nearby they were the closest one to me, this is not a busy location, 5 associates working in the morning with 0 mobile order on the counter I waited 15 minutes and when asked about my drink they have not even started it, happened on repeat, Santa Clara square is 3 times as busy with same staff in the morning waited less than 5 minutes.

they forgot to process my order and then they told me I didn't order. It's really easy if you see the POS if I really didn't pay for this product. it's all your mistake but you never apologized you wasted my 20 mins for such a simple order in the morning. Thank you for being so rude.

What a wonderful staff you had on today, I'm awful with names but the gentleman that took my order today was super kind and polite. Both of my drinks came out amazing (iced chai and green tea latte) and will definitely come back to THIS location when I’m in Santa Clara from now on.
Top notch Parking space as usual. I always visit this Starbucks.Not a good place to sit and work but I would always recommend Starbucks for their exceptional service and perfect parking space.

Ex-employee here. I just want people to know that baristas and the manager here really care about you (customers). When there is new drink or brew coming out, we all do tasting together and discuss what food go well with it. In case you have questions and we will be able to answer! All and all very nice and safe place to work at. I miss them a lot!
