This is my most visited starbucks for togo. I get the best coffees made by Tiffany, one of the employees, who is so gracious and customizes the drink as per my likes making sure I enjoy it till the last drop! Love it. Thanks Tiffany!

Staff left in the middle of a long line without notice and left all of us waiting. Everyone was confused and still waiting since she didn’t say a word. Some other store lady yell at us that she on lunch. Who treats a bunch of customers like this. What a terrible Starbucks.

My husband comes to this location on his way to the freeway on his way to Gilroy in the morning and they know his order when he walks in. When I go here I order my usual, a trenta vanilla sweet cream with no vanilla but sf vanilla. When they make it they put what seems like 1/3 cold brew and the rest water for the liquid. I asked at another location if they add water and they said no and these baristas were taught the wrong way to make the drink. I always seem to forget now that I need to go to an actual location to get it whenever I'm shopping or helping my husband do a shopping trip for work. The way they make the drink make it taste more like water than coffee.

The girl working there was extremely slow and was alone with no help. Awful experience. The sandwich was really cold and couldn’t eat it. The ribbon crunch was just all cream with caramel on top. She made the drinks to the people that ordered afters ours.Horrible experience overall.

This is the second issue I've had here. First time, no one was to be found. The guy just disappeared for a while. This time I went to order a Frappuccino at 6:40pm (they close at 7pm) and the guy said he couldn't make it because they already started cleaning the blenders. Um excuse me, you close at 7pm. You shouldn't be shutting down and cleaning the machines if you're not closed yet. You just lost a customer!

I Just went in to get a mocha latte hot, and the guy behind the counter took my order, I did 10 min of shopping, came back and 3 other people had received their orders and then went to ask him where mine was at, he asked me if I wanted anything. Duhh i just spoke to this dufus just 10 min ago. He then reaches around and grabs a coffee that was made and asked me if that was it. No, it wasn't. He then gets this goofy confused look on his face, I then told him to keep the money and I walked out the door. At that time I was the only person at the counter. How hard is that job when dealing with 1 person?? I never mess with people who prepare food and drinks, not a good look and not fair to these people, but this guy was a special kind of d****

Every time I come to this location , I always get the same person. She needs to be retrained. the last 3-4 times she messed up my drink and I get the same drink every time . Yesterday she made my drink wrong and remade it . It tasted like it had too much milk :\ .

Waited a long time. About 8 people there. All 8 got served. Seems they lost my order, then had to make more coffee. Finally ended up giving me Nitro coffee in medium size and apology for waiting so long... that was nice.
