did not receive right cup cannot drink out of it properly, but drink was okay. Delivery was fine and the area was okay. It's fine to go to but would choose a different location instead.

I normally love Starbucks and I'm the queen of ordering 2 drinks every time. But I just got a drink the other day And all within the same hour of drinking it I also threw it up. I instantly called the store and asked how fresh their milk was or if anything was left out because I normally stick with the same drinks and never got sick before. I was disappointed in the lack of care from the management at this location. Nobody called me back to confirm their products or milk were fresh nor to even just admit fault and rectify the situation for me. I don't care for a gift card or store credit because honestly I'd probably not drink Starbucks for a while. But at least offer me a refund or something. It's just mind blowing to be in the food industry and basically ignore a health issue from a customer. I can only imagine how many other people felt sick that day. Starbucks used to have better customer service but I feel like it's gone downhill

Jasmine was extremely rude, I ask her multiple times to get me milk and it was only 2-3 people to help and she was on her phone and we had to yell to get someone else's attention because she was clearly ignoring us.

1/7. The store closed early. Store hours are open until 8:30pm but when I went at 7:20 pm they had closed the store and there were baristas inside cleaning.
Came here on a Sunday afternoon to do a quick coffee run for my in laws . We went ahead and did a mobile order for easier pick up but we did notice the drive thru line wasn't packed either so we decided on staying inside the car for Drive-thru pick up . Ambiance is extra wintertime feels with the adjacent Home Depot having a good sized selection of Christmas trees to choose from . You get a pleasant scent of pine in the air ( ^^ )

Martina at Starbucks is such an angel!! When I showed up, my coffee didn't have any foam and I was just going to leave and not say anything. She saw me pick up the coffee and asked if she can add milk or anything so I told her that I had ordered it to have Salted caramel cream cold foam so she remade the foam and the first sip was a taste of HEAVEN!! Shout out to Martina!!

Ordered green tea and was then asked by the barista: “do you want it black?”I then reminded the barista that I was ordering tea, not coffee (it was 8pm), to which the barista laughed and then followed up with: “yeah, so then black?”Folks, this is all you need to know about this location. This was a great Starbucks on an early Thanksgiving Day. There's a drive thru and all, which is really convenient. I ordered ahead of time and it was done so quickly. Also, it's a plus that it's not associated with another store or connected to one. I got the Caramel Cream Brûlée and it was really great! The flavor of caramel was fantastic and I appreciated the sugar crystals sprinkled on top. The store was nice and the staff was friendly.
Great outdoor seating on the shady side of the building. Coffee was good. They said that they would bring our coffee out but didn’t.

Peaceful yeah I definitely am a Starbucks drinker. I have my main Starbucks on Aborn in White that I absolutely love my second Starbucks is on Foxworthy and Cherry, which they just definitely satisfied my taste buds. I love the way they taste this one is very peaceful and calm. It's never a big line. The service is really nice and quick.
