Service is always good! I have a really weird order I just do pepperoni, bacon, salt pepper etc. and they always are very accommodating and make my sandwich to my liking.However today during my visit I ordered my normal sandwhich and once I took a bite of it, I realized the pepperoni tastes like windex or some other chemical.... I've never had this happen before as I eat pepperoni all the time so I have no idea how it smells and tastes like a kitchen cleaning solution... I read online it's possible it was left out too long or some other improper storing, temperature etc... I just hope it's not unsafe and someone else doesn't get sick from it. Might be a good decision to stay away fromThe pepperoni at this location in case something weird is going on.UPDATE : about 15 mins since I took a couple bites and I'm breaking out in hives all over my chest. Will update if anything else happens..Also this was at the 1095 E brokaw location

The lady's were in such a rush. My sandwich was sloppy. Not to mention they screwed up with toppings. It wasn't that busy and they made my sandwich as if they had to run to the bathroom. SLOPPY!

This Sub-par Subway is a bad Subway location. I went to eat here on June 8, 2023 between 12 and 1 pm. The woman at the cash register was extremely rude when I walked in. She yelled "You need to go to the back of the line" when I was heading to the back of the line. She made the statement in an extremely belligerent matter. I finally told the staff that I would eat somewhere else because of the attitude. This woman employee should receive a written reprimand disciplinary action against her. She should be required to sign the written discipline. Her behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. This woman is a bad employee. I ate lunch somewhere else as a result of this incident. This means that Subway lost money and another business gained money. Their food looked fine though I will never know since I refused to eat there because of the rude treatment. I will never eat at this Subway location again. If this behavior continues, then I will never eat at any Subway location again. It is my right to terminate the relationship with this Subway location.

Ordered thru the app 3 footlongs, 2 tunas and 1 turkey and ham. When I got home there was no ham in the supposedly turkey and ham footlongs. Then as my friend was eating one of the tuna footlongs sandwich there was a piece of chicken bone in it. This was intentionally put in because it's a tuna sandwich, the chicken bone shouldn't be in there! See picture. Never ordering from this place again. I've also complained to Subway Corporate office.

Extra extra points to this particular Subway for being the only Subway opened late night on a Sunday because your girl was having serious serious cravings....My go-to item has and always will be the sweet onion chicken teriyaki. Chalk it up to being a creature of habit but I've religiously stuck to this item since I first dined @ Subway [many many many many years ago]. Other than a vegetarian period I had going on, where I strictly only ate the veggie delight, I always come back to it like a bad habit! Customer service was good. The store was clean, granted it was about 20-30 minutes from closing. The ingredients provided were extremely fresh and the portions are good in size. My two complaints are: 1) the cost has substantially increased. It's almost better to wait for Subway to offer it's periodic deals. 2) the bread was lightweight tough, not the normal soft breads you buy at the grocery store or any other other baked goods I've had. Low key, it made me think "elastic". Maybe I'm trippin??4 stars overall. I'll be coming back here for all of my late night cravings.

Hilariously bad location -- given it's a chain if they just made the sandwich with the franchise ingredients I'd give it a 5/5 for a subway but they couldn't manage that. Plenty of other places to eat all around this place, pick any of them instead.

One of the better Subways in the area. Cleaner than most Subways, this location was efficient and friendly, and made my 2 subs perfect. For what it is, I'd say this location is worth going out of the way for. I'll be back (especially over the Subways close to SJSU. Yuck!)

Just got my sandwich today! The Oldest Hispanic Lady That works there Have an Attitude!! She is training another lady.. Then new Hispanic lady Just Took a bread without me asking! I wanted Wheat and she took White bread! Plus She put very little portions compare to other subways i go to! But Mainly the olderHispanic Lady Have an Attitude!!! Not Good for Customer Service!!!!
