The service is terrible, they have a horrible attitude with customers, they serve with their worst faces as if people were going to get the food for free, they argue with customers, they are rude, I would never return, they should know how to choose better work staff.

Terrible Crew, whoever the DM is in the area should be ashamed of this location, CI on lettuce? The staff is terrible, flat out arguing with me because i asked for extra lettuce and then when she said im not allowed ro have extra lettuce because the managers said so i asked for spinach and she added three leaves to my footlong, this location is atrotious and on top of that they had the doors propped open, they should be more worried about code violations then extra lettuce, train your staff better

She needed a little English when I said that avocado was not good and she put the worst one in mine which was bad and she told me that yes, I can eat it. When I asked her if she wanted to eat, she said that she would eat. Only one old lady was nice, who helped us and the third employee picked up the broom and started cleaning.

Ordered through the app and requested extra sauce, onion & lettuce. Double-checked when I received the order. The staff said he did.But only a little onion and even there was NO sauce on the half of my foot-long sandwich….

It's been years since I've had a subway sandwich. I wanted the spicy Italian, but of course things change. The ladies(3 of them) were so kind to help me figure out out!I would submit a picture of I didn't devour my sandwich already.It was wonderful, thank you.

I think this location has undergone new management or is a franchise, and not for the better. This used to be my go-to Subway but now I go down the street more and a little farther to the one on Hamilton.Recently I went to this one just to give it a final shot. I ordered (2) footlongs and (1) happened to be double meat.The Double Meat Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki Footlong was disappointing on so many levels. The double meet portion was great. However, the veggie portions were super disappointing. The lettuce and spinach didn't even cover the lower half of the bread. I could literally count the pieces of spinach placed on the bread which was less than 8. The lettuce wasn't even a half handful to spread out. The regular portion of Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki was subpar. I was actually shocked to see that after the person who made my sandwich had portioned out the chicken onto my bread (before the cheese), she took off 3 pieces of chicken and put it back in the serving container. Cheese wasn't evenly placed, so on the last few bites, there was nothing to bite into. Employees here don't wear name tags and if I'm being honest, I never really know how much I'm paying until the number comes up on the screen, as the employees tell me my total in Spanish - there's always the awkward silence from when she tells me my total, to when it pops up on the screen. I usually grab a bag of chips or a drink or ask for some cookies but I've never been once asked if I wanted to make my order a meal. I always have to ask to make my order a meal. There's also been a few times where I asked to buy soup and was told they didn't make soup that day.The times that I have been to this location, they also don't often label the sandwich what it is, which gets confusing when I'm ordering different sandwiches. They also do sometimes close earlier than the time posted on their door. Some consistency would be nice. Maybe a retraining on: the standard of portioning out servings, and cross contamination too.

Good Subway, fairly reliable and not too busy. Haven't had an issue with ordering here, no messed up mobile orders or out-of-stock ingredients.Like any other Subway, the quantity of ingredients on your sub varies a lot from order to order, but not much more so than any others we've been to.

I went into this subway to get a subway club, they refused to put salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar on my sandwich.. I asked the lady why? She said "because we don't make them like that anymore " no sourdough bread, no Swiss... hardly put anything on my sandwich! It tasted so dry! I tried to contact Subway, but wouldn't you know it! They switched to digital customer service only! All I know is this Subway is terrible

I came here on Sep17 @1:45pm I ordered a 6 inch steak n cheese sandwhich , i normally get footlong but this half portion was cut leas than the normal length okay, I notice she ran out of the steak and basically gave me the scraps that where left over in the bottom pan it has just one scoop barely filles and then proceedes to toasting it rather than refilling what ahe ran out and giving me a correct portion, I basically paid 8bucks for bread ans tomatoes, completely insane . I am paying for this meal ita not free! least they can learn to make a decent sandwhich ! next time going to another place and paying extra koney for a proper steak and cheese , not happy at all
