I ordered online and got the wrong ingredients in my orders, I went back to have them correct it, then she made new ones, with the wrong cheese.I didn't get an apology, also to go to their location from my house it's 20minutes with no traffic, 1hr and 20minutes of driving just to get the wrong order. If ever you're ordering from this location, make sure you watch the employee that makes it, so you can teach her what goes into your sandwich.I can say she lied on her resume.

Expensive. Especially considering that Zanotto's next door makes awesome made-to-order fresh sandwiches in their deli and is a significantly better value (much bigger & better) for just a few pennies more. (Lunch tables and chairs for dinning available).Hopefully Subway will see this and get back to their core identity of fresh sandwiches for reasonable prices.

I know what I am getting. Took me a while and some errors till I got to the (almost) perfect sub for me.

FIRST AND FOREMOST...The female cashier had dark hair There was a long black hair twirled in the 6 inch tuna sandwich. To make matters worse, it was in the last 2 bites of the sandwich. I had only saw it because I gotten my fork and was going to eat just the rest of the tuna off the bread and there it was. Yuck. Appetite ruined.Wanted to throw up but... Another upset was the fact that there was NO Bathroom ... it's an eatery. There should be a bathroom. Also, for being a hotter day, the air needed to be cooler, especially since we ate there, but unfortunately, most of the tables were in the sun. Expected more... Disappointing...

Sandwiches are always pretty good. Depends on the location and the one on Meridian & Hillsdale is good.

This is not the first time we ordered a sandwich and there was hardly any meat on it..We might as well have ordered a vegetable sandwich..Its a shame as we have ordered here several times throughout the years..the staff are friendly but when you order a sandwhich you expect a reasonable amount of meat. I literally had to dig to try to find it. Whole Foods makes a meaty sandwich for far less money

It is easy to miss since it is tucked into the corner. The ladies who run it are always nice.

Their app will charge you and never send your order to the location. Happened to me twice. The people in the store cant do anything about it and subway customer service does not return calls. WHAT A JOKE!!!!!! Not worth the hassle especially when the app is supposed to make it more convenient
