Great service and great food - they even gave my dog his own cup of water. We got the calamari and their honey peach royal tea is my absolute favorite. Definitely my go to spot for peach tea! We used to drive to all the way to Fremont to get this and even though this location is still just a teeny bit closer to home, we would still make the drive to get our peach tea fix. :)

Food - Average Service - The worst! People need to get fired. Ambiance - It has yet to be modernized or updated since it first opened. This place continues to not surprise me with its failure of respect, professionalism, and customer service for those who come here. I had a bad experience with an employee earlier today, March 11th, around 1 PM ish. Long story short, I noticed an advertisement that stated the Monday special. Today is Monday, but when I mentioned that to the lady, she pointed to another poster next to it. But I mentioned that I don't see anything about it being a "happy hour special." It just said $5 on Monday. Why does it take two posters to articulate one thing? It doesn't make sense unless it's like a bait and switch. To me, this is terrible customer service and false advertisement. Not only that, but how the worker articulated it and how she said it was rude and unprofessional.

Love love their drinks, my go to is the winter melon milk tea with aloe vera. The drinks are always consistent. This was our fav snack place too, always got the popcorn chicken. Up until now :( they changed the meat... we threw it away. It tasted so bad. Please bring back the chicken you always had. Not this version.

I frequent the T4 on Capitol Ave in San Jose and always enjoy the Hot Ginger Tea, Ramen, & Watermelon Juice. All delicious with great flavor! I am never disappointed with their food, service, and atmosphere. I will continue to visit here! #T4Feedback

Love this place. Taro milk tea is my favorite! Accidentally left my credit card there and they called me (I'm in their Rewards Program so they had my contact info) and kept it safe until I could pick it up.

The service was nice. The kind lady at the counter unlocked the ordering kiosk for me so I could order (because the person in front of me was on her phone trying to figure out who wanted what and was talking a bit long!). The wait for my one drink wasn't too long, and my Thai tea with pearls was perfect. I will definitely return again for drinks. The ambiance in the store is very mellow. I went about 4pm during the week and it was very slow, only a few people in the store.
Great selection of Milk Tea & fruit Smoothies also a variety of hot meals... Friendly service convenient location in my area...A+

The people are very nice. But food takes like it was mixed with lead - ie it's tastes really bad. Like really bad. Again people are nice but I won't be going back. Threw away my snack and drink.

Came here on a Friday evening and it was not busy. Interior is very nice and relaxing. The lady who helped me was very friendly. Lots of drinks to choose from, some I've never seen before. Will visit again when I'm in the area :)

First time came to this store. I had a fantastic experience at this boba store. The service was impeccable, and the quality of the milk tea was exceptional.
