I came here for a fruit tea and snacks. I got the salt and pepper fried tofu and the popcorn chicken with sweet chili sauce on the side. It satisfied my craving. It was a nice treat!

Came on 03/11 at 12:02 PM and the doors were locked but there was a girl sitting on her phone inside who saw me and moved away. I waited 5 minutes to see if she would open the door, didn't open so I left. Won't come back.

Ordered: fresh ginger tea, fresh ginger milk tea, and almond milk tea I've been sick for about 3 weeks now LOL ikr and working a job where I constantly have to speak isn't helping either. I wanted something to soothe my throat and not something I made at home because it just doesn't taste the same lol so I ordered here! The ginger tea and milk tea is really soothing and good! However, I had gotten the ginger milk tea a couple times during the week and it is not consistent with its flavoring. The very first time I ordered it, it was amazing and I was so shocked! The second and third time I ordered it hmmm it was soooooooo spicy with the ginger. It was still soothing but the spark of happiness just wasn't there for me so I stopped ordering here. Perhaps different bobaristas have different protocols? Though I didn't give this place 4/5 stars for that lol I gave it the rating for the horrible almond milk tea! I had asked for it to be less sweet but it was overbearingly sweet like omg. That's like so mean. When I got home I put water in it lol also the boba itself was mushy and not fresh I will stay clear from the almond milk tea but I'll still order the fresh ginger tea and ginger milk tea.

Back in October, I placed an order online for 2 boba drinks and 3 popcorn chicken via Clover for my co-workers and I to have for lunch. I arrived to pick up the order only to find out my order was given away to another customer right before me, whom I saw walked out with a large bag. The staff did not apologize and just asked me to wait. She didn't offer a discount or even give me the freebie as my order was more than $25. Sadly, it's only applicable for in store purchases. Well, the sign didn't state that. I had to wait about 15 minutes for the order to be made again. The tea bar was not even busy for them to make this error. There is a kiosk to order from or you can order at the register. There are lots of clawmachinese with many various plushies for you to spend more money on while waiting for your order. The tea bar has a couple of tables to sit inside and lots of open bench seating outside. The popcorn chicken is in a chinese food to go container and is pretty packed for the price. Definitely can share with a friend or be super full eating on your own. It's a crispy batter and moist chicken. I wish it was more flavorful as there really is no spices. You must ask for the chili spice on the side to sprinkle over. As for the boba drink, I stuck to my usual JMT to be safe when trying MT at new tea bars. It was not as flavorful and tasted more milky than tea. Note: Located a few doors down from Pho Ha Noi in the middle section near the rotary in Vietnam Town. Parking is a pain, so it is best to drop someone off for pick-up or park in the garage in the back and walk.

Here on a weeknight. Not busy at all. Plenty of parking. Fast to get the drinks. I had my regular milk tea with pearls and coffee jelly half sweet. I switched the earl to jasmine on this one. Perfect. They a small seating area and some claw games.

The service here is super shitty. They look like they don't want to help their customers and seem very rude sitting way in the back. I waved at them asking them about my order and even then, they continued sitting there. Definitely need to work on their customer service and communication skills.

Service was fast. Drink selection was minimal as there was no coffee option. I liked that they had the kiosk for order as well as with a real cashier - I believed that elevated the customer service experience for us, in case we needed clarification on drink order. I also liked the cute stuffed boba's in the vending machine!

Don't go here unless you have an hour of your life that you're willing to waste waiting. I'm not even joking, Drinks are average, I got a matcha milk tea and it was very grainy and not mixed well. I also ordered some Takoyaki which was cold when I got it and it didn't have all the sauces or bonito flakes like it did the previous times I've been here.

Seems like there may be new ownership as the T4 now is no where close to what it was before they installed all those vending machines. Drinks are relatively the same but their popcorn chicken went way down in quality. The popcorn chicken I got was overcooked, dry, and chewy. Also it seems like they no longer use dark meat but unclear as I couldn't really chew through the hard popcorn chicken. It use to be tender and juicy but it is no longer. I've moved on to the other better popcorn chicken on the other side of Vietnam Town.

I ordered a popcorn chicken from this location, I've had popcorn chicken from other T4 stores before and they're delicious. However, there's something wrong with the chicken in this store. I ate it today and threw up a few hours later because of the chicken. It tastes bland and horrendous, not worth the $9~ I spent for a bag of pig scrap and bland tasting chicken. Not worth the chicken in this location, I don't know what was wrong with it but my stomach did not feel good after eating the chicken at this location. Other T4's are fine, this one is just not okay.
