Was there a year ago they were rude and said I would have to use kiosk to order. 65 and vision impaired makes that impossible went back recently and was told same use kiosk to order. Called corporate both times and they didn't care to call me back ?

Taco Bell surpassed my expectations, leaving me thoroughly delighted with its mouthwatering selection and vibrant atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, I was drawn to the enticing aroma of Mexican-inspired goodness. The menu featured a diverse range of flavorful options, each one crafted to perfection. The Crunchy Beef Tacos were a standout, boasting a perfect blend of textures and spices that tantalized my taste buds. The friendly staff provided excellent service, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Whether you're a devoted fan of Mexican cuisine or simply looking for a quick and satisfying meal, Taco Bell is a must-visit destination.

It took almost two minutes to order each item because the person taking our order was not comprehending what we were yelling to him, and we're still waiting on our food about twenty minutes after ordering. Can't speak on how it'll taste because it doesn't look like it's going to show up.

Good location with ample sitting. We had bought 2 quesadillas for kids. I think they could put a little cheese on the corners too. Fries were really good though.

Just got home after ordering 3 tacos supreme and 2 chips and cheese and realized none of my tacos were supreme although my receipt says I paid for those. Tried giving the restaurant a call but they wouldn't answer the phone. Gonna call again tomorrow but every time I come to this Taco Bell/KFC they somehow mess up my simple order. Next time I'm craving my comfort food I'm just gonna drive to the one on Aborn and White/San Felipe cos this one is disappointing asf. I'm too broke to be paying for something I'm not receiving and can't even get fixed.

I requested that the cheese on the tacos be put on the meat. Out of 3, 1 had it correct, 1 had it on the lettuce and the last 1 it was a separate container. All of the shells were broken....and soggy. The meat tasted weird. It had a mushy, kinda weird consistency. Won't be returning to TB any time soon. Taco Bravo is the place to go.

This particular Taco Bell does not have any drinks other than Pepsi. They do not do substitutions on the munchies box even if you offer to pay the difference. But I understand that the food industry has suffered from the pandemic so we all need to make adjustments. I'll be making my burritos and tacos in my own kitchen for now on, and Crystal light punch.
