This is my favorite place for fruity drinks. My order is a large passion fruit tea with light ice and lychee jelly. It's super refreshing and it has seeds which is great. It's extremely tasty. The cashier was really nice which I liked. The establishment is extremely clean and the bathrooms too which is always a plus. I would 100% recommend this place.

I went for a boba tea and I had to wait 1 hour, the place was empty, there were no people, I do not recommend, I will never return to this place and the tea is very bad.

I came here on 3/23/24 at 9:30pm. Cashier was great but the man making the drinks kept sneezing and wiping his nose on his arm and did not change his gloves. He sneezed 3x while I was there. Very disgusting. I won't come back.

There is something nostalgic about Tapioca Express, so I was looking forward to ordering some familiar food and drinks. Doordash showed that delivery would take 80min, pick up would take 60min. I figured it will likely be faster to order in store and wait. Arrived at 9pm and there were customers sitting and enjoying their food and drinks. The store is clean and looks like a causal place to hang out. Upon placing my order I was told that they were no longer preparing any food. Business hours on Saturday show 11pm as the closing time. Doordash even showed that orders were accepted until 940. It was very clear that they stopped prepping food just before I ordered. Had information about stopping food preparation been posted anywhere for consumers to consider, I would not have spent my time or energy to come here. Would they have opened up food order if I placed it through Doordash? Who knows. Since we drove out of the way and were already there I placed an order anyway. While we waited for our drinks it was disappointing to see that other groups who likely ordered minutes before us had food included in their orders at pick up. The Taro coconut snow bubble, Pineapple coconut juice, and Thai tea were all flavorful and satisfied part of the nostalgia that was expected. The experience was very disappointing. Drinks were what we hoped them to be.

The last 2 times we've been here we've had to wait about 40 minutes for food due to some mix up. Today our food was given to the wrong person and they lost our ticket. The food, however, is really good as well as the drinks.

I used to love their lemongrass tofu snack. However, not only does it cost more, today my tofu snack did not even contain any lemongrass, was pretty bland(I ordered medium spicy) and there was no sauce. A very disappointed customer. Britta
Good tea. Convenient to get to. Not much of selection variety compared to other locations. Food is ok, probably pass on it next time.

Ordered crispy chicken and the portion was small. Def not worth the price. Drinks are okay. Wont be coming back. Also the chicken was dry. They use chicken breast and not chicken thighs. Definitely not juicy at all. Very dry. Disappointed. Wouldn't come back. And also would rather go to quicklys.

These fish are so sad. They need light and plants. This is animal cruelty.Also the steel tables here are super dirty and sticky; they need to clear off that rubber layer.

Check your boba for hair . We just ordered from here and there were 2 big pieces of hair in one of our drinks . When I called to let them know there response was " sorry we are really busy"
