There was only one staff member making the drinks while a couple of others were in the kitchen. No cashier but a self service machine was available for ordering. A long wait before I was able to get my drink because the sealing machine stopped working for a bit.

Two young ladies were closing when I had to retrieve my Dash order. They were kind and on point even while cleaning up for closing.

I gave this place two stars because I ordered thai tea w/ honey boba to-go for a drive, but the straw situation was confusing. Their straws are packaged in opaque material with no clear distinction between small and large straws. I thought I had the right one, but it was too small for the boba, and it turned into a mess in my car. I didn't have an extra straw, so I had to throw the drink away. They should just give you the drink with the correct straw in the first place.

Ordered the classic Thai tea with honey boba and less ice for $5.5 plus tax. Super delicious boba drink. Simple to use the touch-screen kiosk to order and various tables and chairs if you would like to sit and chat. Plenty of employees to service customers.

Please bring back dolphin jelly....Because that was the sole reason I ordered teaspoon *cries* My go to order was consistently creamy jasmine less sugar light ice + passion fruit dolphin jelly. It was perfect and it was addicting! 5/5 service. Clean interior. Their other drinks are also consistently good (love Green Monster) but please... dolphin jelly.. I beg!

Teaspoon is probably my favorite boba store, and since this is the nearest Teaspoon from my workplace, I stop by occasionally when I want to treat myself. My go-to is usually Silky Mango, a delightful sweet, creamy mango drink. It comes with honey boba which is warm, soft, and sweet. There are certain places that I choose to forgo the boba but this is not one of them. One of the things about this place is that during low boba supply, it seems that they save the boba that they have left for the drinks that come with boba (e.g. Silky Mango, Silky Strawberry, Caramel Cream, etc.). I kind of like this concept, but that may be because it benefits in my favor :) Recently, I tried one of their seasonal drinks: honeycomb banana latte. This drink was pretty good. I didn't realize that the honeycomb crumbles they include on the side are actually dalgona crumbles. These are more like toffee bits as opposed to what I imagined to be honeycomb cereal chunks LOL. It was my first time trying this but it was yummy. Banana milk was good, and the coffee was a nice pick-me-up. This drink fell short from my top drink mostly because I was missing the boba. It was already a hefty price without any modifications. The drink also wasn't too sweet (sorry I have a sweet tooth heheh) but I'm sure that would be a plus to most people. I'm glad I tried it though. It was a good experience, and I would love to try the rest of the series' drinks.Update: I tried the honeycomb banana milk, and I like this a lot more than the latte. It's sweeter and the banana packs a punch. I also splurged for the boba so that was a plus. Of course, you can't forget about the yummy dalgona bits. I try to sprinkle a little at a time so that I still get that little crunchiness when I sip it right away...and also eat some on the side hehe. When I went to pick this drink up, they also had samples for the honey series. I've been wanting to also try honey pear-adise, but I've been holding off since I don't typically like fruit teas as much so it was the perfect chance. The worker gave me a sample, and I thought it was pretty good. It's very refreshing and the pear is obviously present and I could taste the subtle fruit bits in there. I'd recommend it if you prefer fruit teas, but I think of the series, the honeycomb banana milk is my winner. I will be coming back for it for sure.I also came for their Halloween promo: a free Green Monster if you're in costume. I got the "trick" part of the "trick-or-treat" as they forgot to put in the boba. A new person was working so I will give it a pass. Either way, the drink was just ok. It was more on the watery side and didn't have a strong flavor. At least it was free.I love coming here. I usually put in an order online and pick it up. Most of the workers are really nice and friendly. There's a good amount of seating inside if you want to study or do some work. It's also inside a plaza with some good restaurants and a 99 Ranch so it can get busy sometimes but it's not too bad. Definitely recommend it.

absolutely amazing place. the boba always tastes good and the people that work here love to be there and they love their jobs. A few regular employees that always saw me around were super friendly each time I would come by to order after my shifts were done.

I love their signature drinks! My friends and I came here on a Thursday an hour before closing and it was empty. I ordered the strawberry colada because I like fruity drinks that are smoothie like. I really liked this drink! It was sweet and tarty which is a combination that I enjoy. I would definitely get it again. My friend for the golden brew coffee with pudding and said she gave it a 4/10. She said it tasted like regular shmegular coffee and wasn't too impressed. I also really like the location of this place and the interior. Spacious enough and has a good amount of tables.

ample amount of seating and restrooms available. drinks came out rather fast. the lemonade was a bit sour though, they gave us 50% sugar even though we didn't make any modifications. the boba pearls themselves are pretty good. personally i liked the taro drink the most because you could really taste it. ive probably had better brown sugar milk teas elsewhere.

We ordered Black Sugar Assam and Milk Black Tea with boba. The Black Sugar Assam can't adjust the sweetness, so it turns out way too sweet to me. The milk black tea is okay. But it doesn't seem less ice to me when we put less ice on the order.

Over the years, I've gone to several Teaspoon locations, and this one seems to be the best.Drinks: I've tried these drinks - House Milk Tea, Roasted Tea Crema, Liquid Gold, Grass Hopper, and Classic Thai Tea.Service: Friendly and quick to make your drinks

I really like the Silky strawberry drink! I usually opt to get this drink at night since it's caffeine-free. It's creamy and I love the strawberry bits in it and the boba pairs well. My friend thought the caramel cream was alright, she said the caramel tasted a bit artificial for her liking. She probably wouldn't order this drink again, but if you really like caramel flavors, it's worth trying. Teaspoon is always a go to since it's in a plaza with so many shops. We always have to make a stop after grocery shopping or grabbing a meal hehe I've had my fair share of drinks and their milk teas, fruit teas, and boba are all pretty solid. I ordered their marshmallow black milk tea once and that was pretty good haha super marshmallow-y Overall, good variety and good drinks. Really can't go wrong with this hehehe They also have some pretty cute merch!! My friend gathered enough reward points and was able to get one for free.
