Good. Definitely be going back. Por Pia Sod & Khiew Cheese Tod, Tom Yum Soup w/ prawns, Pad Thai, Som Tum Salad and Gaeng Pa Curry. 6 items tried, 6 items enjoyed, not just by me, but rather a whole family. Small storefront, but adequate parking as it is in a Safeway parking lot.

Dropped by for lunch with a friend and had a great meal! We came for lunch and their lunch menu was a pretty good deal. I got a yellow curry with chicken and it came with rice, a side salad, and a cream cheese wonton. It totaled to about $17 and the portion was pretty big! The inside was nice and cozy and the service was great! However, I found the food only average and have definitely had better Thai food. I found that the chicken in my curry was a little overcooked, but the curry itself was still flavorful and tasted great! I had a great and quick meal here today and thought it was a good lunch, but I probably would not come for dinner.

Such a great addition to the Almaden area. Really hope people take the time to try this new spot, the food is fresh and the take out service is timely. Just a sweet group of people making yummy food!

Authentic home style Thai, not too salty or spicy, but expect a wait and don’t come with a big group (more than 4) as space is quite limited.

I ventured into this relatively new Thai restaurant nestled in a shopping area in Almaden (not easily located). The waitress was very helpful. She explained the menu to me based on what I was looking for. I could taste the orange in the ice water they served. I always say a good Thai place should be judged by its chicken satay. The chicken was marinaded and grilled nicely. The peanut sauce was buttery with little bits of peanut in it, which was a nice touch. The kha prow nuao, which is minced beef with chili and a side of rice was tasty and savory. Those of you with a proclivity for spicy food (like me) will not be disappointed. I asked that mine be spicy and it definitely was! A delightful meal, and pleasant service and atmosphere.

Amazing Thai food! Tons of options for lunch and I ordered the Chicken Curry and it tasted soo good! Tons of chicken, sauce I got medium and just the right amount of spice. It came with white rice, veggies and a cucumber salad. Service was quick. The place is a bit small so get there early for lunch. Reasonable prices and tons of parking out front.

My family wanted to try this place out from the awesome reviews it had! And from our experience it was terrible 1. The ambiance was great but was not expecting how tiny the restaurant was. 2.service was okay at first but then our server Greg? (Seems like he's the owner? ) he did not know what he was doing at all. He looked very flustered. When it was time to order my husband ordered the pad Thai and I ordered the yellow curry with chicken and tofu (mild) . Then we started noticing my husband food was not out. My yellow curry with chicken and tofu was out first, then I noticed their mild was basically a medium and had no tofu In it. Greg forgot to mention this information to us that their spice levels are different compared to a typical Thai restaurant we had to send it back bc my 15 month old can't eat and there was no tofu, to get Greg attention it took another 5-10 mins.... At this point I was already annoyed everyone around us had received their order and my husband was still waiting. While we were waiting for another 10-20 mins Greg comes to our table gives me a new dish of yellow curry comes back and says he did not put my husbands order in! That took another 30 mins I was already annoyed by the time his food came out my food was already cold ...... we also ordered a coconut juice and that took so long 3. Not gonna lie the food was amazing tasted super authentic. Hands down it was delicious ! Overall service is trash Food was amazing Greg did give us $10 off coupon and he didn't seem sympathetic for what he did His wife was very apologetic to us I wished she served us She seems a very genuine person. I wish yelp can give us two sections of giving stars Service -1 star Food- 5 star I'm giving this 1 star bc how frustrated we were ...

The best Thai food I've had in the states! Great service and atmosphere was simple and classy, and very clean. But of course, the most important part ... the food! The flavors are incredible and when I asked for mild, I got mild! A touch of spice to round out the flavors, but not more than I wanted. The service was kind and quick, and very accommodating. We ordered the Larbb salad, chicken green curry, and prawn pad Thai. All three were on point with what I tasted when I was in Thailand. And I've been many times. What is most authentic about it is that it's not too oily or overcooked, and not too sweet. We will definitely be coming back regularly.

I was excited to try this place out based on the reviews. They were very busy and I'm usually able to look past some things because of that but unfortunately, it just wasn't good enough. I ordered Papaya Salad, Larb, Kana Moo Grop, Sticky Rice, and Thai coffee. The coffee was so so sweet. I love Thai coffee but couldn't finish this one. The larb and papaya salad weren't very flavorful, which is the last thing you want to say with these two dishes. It was almost like they forgot to put fish sauce. I also ordered the Lao style papaya salad (tum sua) but I got the papaya salad with salted crab even though the person taking my order confirmed it. After seeing previous reviews, I was expecting a nice crispy pork belly in the Kana Moo Grop. Not only was it chewy and wet, but the pork belly in the previous reviews looked thicker than mine. The whole experience just made me feel like they were cutting corners tonight. I'm sure they've had better nights based on the positive reviews, but I just can't see myself returning. I understand the coffee, the wait time, and even the pork belly...but larb and papaya are easy to execute. I love Thai food and I'm Lao so I'm familiar with the flavors. I want to support this restaurant but it's unfortunate when nothing you ordered made it worthwhile.

This was my second time here, and I'll be a consistent returning customer every time I crave Thai food now. Upon entering, you feel cultured and at home (I'm not Thai) but you get a very homely ambiance eating here. The service here is top notch, everyone checks on you and asks how the food is. Today, we ordered the ka na moo grop, hoi jor, and Thai soup. We got the hoi jor as an appetizer and it's so good with the plum sauce. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants to try something else besides the usual roti prata haha. The Thai soup came with seafood like mussels, fish balls and shrimps. It complemented the crispy pork belly we got so well. The waitress also gave us green and red peppers on the side in case we wanted our food spicier. The green peppers were more pickled than spicy, but we loved it. The red peppers were spicier, but both went well with everything we consumed. This is my new favorite Thai restaurant -- I can't wait until they get an alcohol license in the future. :)

Came here for a private party and thoroughly enjoyed the food and ambiance. The owners are so warm and kind and the servers made sure everyone had everything they needed. Stand out dishes were the curry puff and roti, lychee curry, and prik khing salmon. Flavors were authentic and dishes stood outside the ordinary and typical thai places I've been too. Will be back when we are in the area! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I love the atmosphere - cozy and elegant. :) And delicious food, and the owner Joy is so friendly with fun tips about visiting Thailand! Thanks so much. :) Great vegetarian options - I just asked to substitute tofu instead of meat. Also the food was mild, which was great for me, but they also do increasing levels of spiciness up to "Thai Hot" if desired!Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian options - I just asked to substitute tofu instead of meat (even though that wasn't listed as an option, they did it easily for me).

My family and I recently relocated to San Jose and have been frequent Thai food goers for quite some time now, my parents have also been to Thailand and we can easily say with full confidence this is the best Thai food we have tried in the states so far. The service was exceptional and the food was nothing short of incredible. Every dish we had was perfectly cooked and the flavors were all amazing. We started with the fish cake appetizer and the non-creamy Tom yum soup, both delicious! Then we all split the yellow curry with chicken (to die for), the BBQ beef/steak plate, the tamarind chili sauce that came with the beef was amazing, and we also got the basil eggplant stir fry plate.Come here and try!!!
