Under new ownership. Don't waste your money here! Automatic service charge even though you basically get little or terrible service. Foods ok but it's always empty and all the employees seem lost or not trained well at all. Very unwelcoming. And the burgers are $20+ without fries. In n out does it 100xs better.

Food and service is great. However they sneak into the bill a very deceitful 15% “service charge” which on top of a 20% tip and taxes you end up paying 40% + in fees. I caught it and they removed the additional service charge, most times I am not looking at my receipt and happily I caught it. Again just very dishonest from a previously trusted establishment.

Went during lunch on a Saturday the weather was bad but there was still folks eating outside. The burger was amazing! and the food came out quickly. Nice servers and good drink selection. Not a fan of shoestring fries myself so I got the tater tots and they were decent. Feel like there could have been more in the box though.

Always had a wonderful experience here. Fresh and great quality ingredients. They are very generous with their toppings, hence it is easy to turn your dish into a huge meal, especially if you add any sides. So, be thoughtful of what you want on your burger. This location is very clean and pleasant to be at. The staff is very attentive and friendly.

3 of us stopped today and only one of us ordered a custom burger w string fries. My wife and I ordered side dishes since we both were not hungry. She wings and I ordered chicken strip w a side sweet potato fries! The food came quick but I was surprised the bill was nearly $80 dollars !They had added about $11 dollars for tip automatically but it felt like too costly specially with a drunk and loud female at the bar who was chatting w the staff!I cannot justify a return visit!

I went back again mid-week to see if I was somehow lucky 3x in a row, and The Counter delivered deliciousness once again with an incredible double stacked "ludicrous version" of the Impossible Burger 2.0 that was even better than my 1st two tries. Had The counter burger. Cooked medium. The meat was juicy. Not flavorful, bread was ok. I didn't like the skinny fries either. It's been over 7 yrs since eating at the counter again for 2nd time. Still leaves me disappointed. Someone get a hold of a manager and contact me. This place needs help. Service is just as bad as the food is.
