Love the drinks here most of the time but today I’m pretty annoyed at the service. Ordered at the tablet at 8:07. Waited till like 8:21 to wonder where my drink was. Ask them, and the girl was hanging out in the back the whole time instead of making my drink. Made it in front of me in like two minutes, but she had forgotten earlier.

After today I would never come back here again. Many other reviews have complained about the service being rude. Today when I came in I was yelled at and the woman who was working with orange/blonde hair (possibly the owner) was extremely rude to me. She did not seem to want to take my order. As soon as I walked in she was the only person working counting coins and cash. She was counting for a very long time and did not even acknowledge me, as I was standing right in front of the cash register. I waited for her to count and acknowledge me for a few minutes. She finally made eye contact with me after I was standing right in front of her for a very long time. As she took my order she and gave me a lot of attitude when I asked her if the macaroons are chocolate. She yelled "YES THEY ARE CHOCOLATE" two times in a row, so rude. She seems to give a lot of attitude and not want to talk to me and wanted me to leave. Something seemed off and very aggressive about the way she responded to me, I'm not sure if she's having a bad day but it was the most obnoxious customer service coming from her. I was seriously debating on just telling her to drop my order and that I didn't want it anymore (before I paid) due to how anxious the whole encounter and process of ordering made me feel. She yelled at me and was so aggressive and rude. After she takes my order the payment machine isn't even set properly, but she immediately goes back to counting coins and cash. It was thing after thing. After she fixes the machine and I pay, I sit down and again she immediately goes back to counting cash and coins and doesn't start making my order for a few more minutes. I'm sitting watching her count for another few minutes. She finally makes my order and is very sassy asking me; "you ordered a strawberry green tea right?" It was unprofessional when she had my order receipt and ignored me and my order for a few minutes to count money. After she gives me my tea she makes she doesn't even hand me the macaroon that I ordered, it was so ridiculous. I had to ask for it, and it felt that she didn't want to give it to me. Everything was extremely slow. Once I ask for it she takes so long to give it to me. This was the most unprofessional experience. The food was good but that's not enough to make me come back here again, and I refuse to support anymore. I will not be back. The service was really terrible. To make it all worse I had an apportionment next door that I was 30 minutes late to due to to the service being so slow and rude.

This is a great indoor place to sit down and chill with family and friends after ate at the restaurant in this Vietnam Town. I always get Vietnamese ice coffee with condensed milk from Sweet Box. It's a strong coffee to keep me awake when I'm driving back to San Francisco. The service is great! The ambiance is nice.

This dessert/boba shop is in the "corner" of the Vietnam town plaza so you know it's good. I've been coming here with my friends for a long time and they're one of the best places to get dessert and boba. It's a great place to hang out or have a study group. They have a lot of seating inside and outside the shop. Super nice vibe and aesthetically pleasing backdrops for Instagram pics! You can take your order from the worker or a kiosk. I like the kiosk more since it's a bit quicker. It also shows you pictures of each item, which is helpful if you aren't sure of what the drinks look like. They have a huge variety of drinks and desserts. It's amazing how they can make each drink and dessert so good. It can be a bit crazy when you have so many items on the menu so the fact that each drink and dessert isn't too overwhelming or bland is incredible. They do it right! I love the Oreo cheesecake. It comes with a small Oreo on top and is so soft and delicious. It's not overwhelming with the cheese aspect. The ratio of the crust and cheese is perfect. This time I got the red velvet hot chocolate. I had never heard of this drink before so I had to give it a try. It was so good!! The drink was so creamy and the red velvet taste was so fragrant. I wanted to get another one. (and I did! hehe) Since it's Christmas, come down for some red velvet hot chocolate, you won't regret it!

First time here and I got the triple chocolate mousse and red velvet slice. The mousse surprised me because it's so good! The red velvet is ok but I would definitely come back for the mousse and try some of their other desserts.

Their menu is extensive, offering a wide range of coffee and tea specials. On a recent weekend evening after dinner, I dropped by and ordered several slices of cake to take with me. It was a delightful way to conclude the evening! However, the only issue I encountered was the variability of their service. At times, you're warmly greeted with a 'Hi! Hello! Welcome!' upon entering, but more often than not, the service lacks the same enthusiasm. It's clear that customer service needs significant improvement. Nevertheless, the delectable desserts keep me coming back despite this. The treats are simply irresistible, and I can't resist the temptation to visit, even with numerous other boba shops in the same plaza. Parking is plentiful, and if it's not crowded, you can easily find a convenient spot nearby. The interior is cozy, but there's outdoor seating available when the weather is pleasant. I came here at 10:58 am. The door was opened. I went in and the girl told me they don't open until 11am. I told her I came from pretty far away and if she could just take my order and she said no that's their rule. Asian business are the WORST. U used to love coming here and I can say now that I will never be going back. Bullshit. And the girl that works there is just clueless.

I got the number 5 which was the "Che 3 Mau". It was more Liquid and not much content. Also it was very lightly sweetened so by the time the ice melted it didn't have any sweetness. Pretty disappointing and I won't be coming back.

Took one bite of their super dry chocolate cake. It was so dry that we asked to exchange it for something else. They said we “ate too much” of it so they won’t refund it. I asked to exchange it and they said no. Then they took it and wouldn’t give it back to us. The tiramisu was really good but the service was abysmal.

I wouldn't go here again. I come to Vietnam town a lot, and since I'm a huge fan of bubble tea, I checked out this place. Just because I forgot to ask for the usual I get, 25% sugar, they gave me a drink that basically had 500% sugar! It was like the person who made it dumped a giant bag of sugar into the drink. Not only that, but I also forgot to ask for no ice, and they put more than half of the cup of ice! I don't know how many people order from this place, but when I was there, there were 2 other people, not employees. Over all, it's a quiet place, and the employees are friendly, but if you aren't a fan of REALLY sweet things, don't order the drinks. There are pastries though.
