I was in San Jose for a business meeting. a friend told me about this new cloud kitchen that serves authentic Mediterranean food so I decided to give it a try since Im in the area. Honestly speaking the food surpassed my expectations. It was very delicious and satisfying, defiantly worth every penny. If you are going to order from there, I suggest the Rotisserie chicken with rice and add there special red sauce. Its spicy but have a very unique flavor.

If you feel you want to eat mansaf or any types of Middle eastern homemade food you need to order right away from this kitchen! Dude one of my friends mentioned about their food and he said you need to try this new spot! I ordered mansaf and kunafeh!!! Wowoooo the best of the best in the whole area! Hopefully they will keep the same quality of food and definitely I will keep ordering from them.

RECOMMENDED!!! Very authentic middle eastern food that reminds me of my grandmothers food. The kabsa and mansaf unbelievably original. I really recommend the chicken very tasty!!! For desserts so far I've tried the coconut chocolate balls and date balls. The next time I'll be trying the kunafa and haressa for sure!!!
