There was a really long line. We practically waited over an hour for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. Looks as though they were understaffed since it was during rush hour..there was no flow amongst the employees. Can't expect too much from that place.

My mother and I went here and ordered well over $100 worth of food. I had accidentally knocked over her drink and the young woman working up front witnessed this. I politely asked if she would be able to remake this drink for my mother but she refused and said it was not her fault or problem. I have been a customer for years and I have never experienced this kind of treatment from a food establishment. I will not be coming back, truly so disappointed.

The bread had a crunchy exterior and a soft interior with a healthy portion of pork. It came with carrot, cilantro, jalapeño, and daikon. Not sure if there was a sauce or the pork was that flavorful, but the sandwich tasted good.

This is located in a plaza so there's plenty of parking but it's not a great location and there are loiters... Our favorite is the Combination Banh Mi here. Generally, we like grilled pork at other banh mi spots but something about the combination here just tastes a lot better. They give a decent amount of meat. Since we get a few extra banh mi, we ask for the veggies to be separated. I would highly recommend heating it for a few minutes in an air fryer as it tastes significantly better!

The girl there in the front cashier is rude and She see a lot customers waiting she doesn't even bother helping. And she slow af. She makes you wait like she doesn't care to help out her team.
Sandwiches is No Good. I order the Pork belly sandwich. I ask for toast the bread and warm the meat. NOTHING. Also expensive

The vietnamese sandwich was ok could have added more vegetables & meat, it was more bread then anything else they just cheap out in you & price is kinda of pricey. You have a better chance going to Duc Huong it's is a little cheaper but they make way better

I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered the low ratings for Thien Huong. Since my mother-in-law introduced us to this place, it has become our go-to spot for banh mi sandwiches. We typically enjoy the xiu mai with extra pate, Bo, and vegetables, or the house grilled pork. We have also tried other flavors, and they are all pretty good. . Although they have occasionally made mistakes with our orders, it doesn't justify giving them a low rating, especially considering how good their sandwiches are. While it is a bit far for us to get to, thankfully we can order from them on DoorDash. Despite the extra charges, it is definitely worth it, and there is no room for miscommunication when ordering through the app. I understand that it can be challenging to order in person, especially if you don't speak Vietnamese. But we absolutely enjoy the sandwiches from here!
