I was on my way to a lady tailor's house to pick my blouse that she stitched. On the way I was feeling thirsty and was craving tea. I know one of my friends highly recommends this place hence decided to get it from here. I ordered leechy green tea with leechy gel and 25% sugar with no ice. The service was so great within minutes the order was taken and it was ready in no time. I found the place very cute, it was interesting to see a board saying, beware of .. But anyway be aware ?. If you happen to be in San Jose, do visit here as they are famous for black sugar boba milk.

The drink was very good, but not this time. Asked for less ice, and found ice are more than half of the cup. It drinks like iced water, after I finished it within 3 minutes, the rest are all ice.

Fantastic experience at Tiger Sugar! Their Black Sugar Milk with Boba was superb, and the service was impressively fast. Loved the quality of the boba. Highly recommend this place for boba lovers!

We ordered at the self serviced kiosk. Super quick and easy. Just got the egg pudding black sugar milk tea with no boba. Regular sweet and less ice. It was really sweet. I should have chosen the option for less sweet. Will be back here again to try their other drinks.

We got takeout so can't speak much on the location itself, but we did have to order our drinks in large since there was no regular size option? The item descriptions were also somewhat confusing.Signature black sugar boba milk with cream mousse (3/5): this was ok, the black sugar flavor tasted a little off? almost like artificial caramel flavoring but not quite. the boba was also ok, and got kind of hard after a bitSignature black sugar boba milk with cream mousse and oreo: i tried a bit of my friend's, it tasted better but that's also probably since it just tasted like oreoI've gotten Tiger Sugar before and it was pretty good, so not sure if its just this location that's mid, or if their quality has gone down over the years. Overall, expensive average drinks that draw you in with their aesthetics.

I got the Espresso Latte with Egg pudding, the drink was creamy and had strong coffee taste. I didn't expect to get good coffee from a boba place. Their egg pudding has a special taste compared to other boba places, it's dense, creamy and eggy, I feel like I can eat pudding by itself as a dessert. I wish they had large size for coffee though, only one regular size 16oz is not enough for my boba and coffee fix.

My first time trying Tiger Sugar and I couldn't help but get the Strawberry Hello Kitty drink. I was really excited as I ah e heard so much about this drink and the cup so adorable. However, I was very disappointed with the drink itself. I am normally a huge fan of strawberry flavored drinks however this one was just not that great. The inside of the boba shop was pretty lonely and only had one employee who barely spoke two words to us. The wait wasn't bad and it was decorated pretty nicely as they had the hello kitty collab. Going to give this place a three but I do want to come back and try their signature brown sugar drink another day.

I came during the Hello Kitty collab, and I waited around 50 minutes with the line out the door in the San Jose summer heat.... It wasn't really worth it but I was committed. Service probably wouldn't be this slow without the collaboration.I'd have to try this location again for a more accurate review, but drinks were just meh. We got a basic black sugar boba milk and a strawberry hello kitty drink. They were just okay. I wouldn't wait more than 5 minutes at the moment.

Tiger Sugar's egg pudding is delicious and my absolute favorite. However, each time I visit this location it feels more and more unwelcoming. My main complaint is that I can tell they are being cheap. Boba/pearls used to be included in the black sugar series. Now you have to pay 50cents if you want to include it. I also feel like they are adding more and more ice every time. You really need to save on milk? Cause that's all you're putting in the drink now. The store is full of passive aggressive signs on the door and in the front cash register area. I understand how annoying it can be to answer the same questions every ten minutes but little post it notes everywhere is unprofessional and off putting. There already is no customer service since you self order on the tablet (but tip is auto prompted of course). Really sad how this location gets worse and worse each visit.

After eating at Kura, I saw the "grand opening" sign at Tiger Sugar next door. After looking on Yelp, it was clear they've been open for months and just never took off the banner. However, I was suckered in after seeing their their Hello Kitty collab plastered all over their Yelp page and needed to take a look. I haven't had Tiger Sugar in a while but remembered their brown sugar milk tea with boba was their staple drink. I was told they just restocked on their Hello Kitty cups for both sizes but all their other merch was sold out. I asked if I could also buy the Hello Kitty sticker but was told it was just a free little card- still cute nevertheless! The drink was good, just wished it stayed colder since the day was over 95 degrees and all the ice melted after shaking my cup. It was a tad bit on the sweeter side but the quality was there.The store was cutely decorated with Hello Kitty posters and banners, making it seem like they had more branded items in this collab. I wish they had more merch available but I guess it was too popular!

This place was sooo cute because of their hello kitty cups and decor! I'm bringing my daughter and her friends here next time. Tea is delicious they use more milk than tea though, would prefer more of a balance. Otherwise delicious. Not dairy free, Strauss milk
