I have had Von chicken from different locations always good. This one in particular was the second time. The online ordering process is not user friendly a lot of options for basically half or full chicken with different flavors. The previous time I went I received the sauce on side for some reason. I thought it was because it was late and wanted to close so they didn't want to mix it in like the picture on their website . This time when i picked up my food i checked and the sauce was on the side again. So i asked the young lady why this was. She said everyone knows the sauce is on the side for pick up order. I asked her if she could show me on the website if i might have missed it. She said that i need to put special instructions to mix the sauce in. Sorta dismissive comment and experience from her part but I still like the chicken and plan on going. Ordering online needs to be specific i don't like being surprised when receiving my order.

Great chicken I like the crunch chicken and the kimchi rice and soduc the shrimp is pretty good it's never crowded when I go and I think it's because they are located in the back and the front of the place hasn't opened for business so people might think it's closed but it does have good food

My boyfriend and I came here for dinner on Wednesday night because we were craving some chicken wings! The location is very easy to find and convenient parking. We were the only people there sos there was plenty of seating and they played pop music on the big screen. We got an order of their crispy and yangyum wings and the kimchi fried rice. Presentation of wings was very aesthetic. We got the cripsy wings at a medium spice and the yangyum at mild to balance out. The medium spice wings definitely had a kick! I liked the salad and the radish they gave us because it acted as a good palette cleanser in between the wings. The kimchi fried rice left more to be desired, there wasn't as much flavor and the portion I felt was a little small for the price but we couldn't eat our meal without some rice!

I went here for lunch today and I definitely enjoyed it. I had the fried shrimp and the chicken rice ball. The fried shrimp was very crispy, but it could have been seasoned better. It had a nice dipping sauce, so I’ll give it a 7.4. The chicken rice ball was very nice. It was on sale today for 2.00. For that price, it is huge. It is fried nicely and the chicken is flavorful. The honey mustard on the side was also flavorful. However, it was a little oily, but I’ll still give it a 9/10. The lady at the front counter was one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. Service is 10/10. I would definitely recommend this if you want some good fried bites.

This was some of the best fried chicken I've had in a long time. The drums and wings were perfectly crispy. The medium spice was plenty. I could go for the full, but the medium head plenty of heat and didn't over power the dish. Had it with plain Steamed rice. I would rather try the fried rice next time, but I was happy with my meal.

Food is delicious. It's a bit pricey but totally worth it in my opinion. Service is usually pretty good too.

The food was tasty and had the perfect amount of spice. All of the chicken dishes came with cabbage slaw and radishes, which I appreciated. The only shortcoming was that they were not very welcoming to us and the service took much longer than other Vons Chicken locations.

My first time here and flavor was good but overpriced. I ordered to go and I can appreciate that they give you extra sauce to the chicken yourself so that it does not get soggy. However, if you are taking out, you should call in so that you don't pay the extra mark up from yelp.
The kids like the crispy fried chicken with soy sauce. But mostly they loved the fries smothered with cheese and garlic! So, we come here for a fake from time to time. Easy online or at the store order.

Very crispy outside, moist and juicy inside, does the job to satisfy the craving. My go to are the Crispy Fried Chicken and Crispy Yangnyeom. Crispy Fried Chicken is sweet, salty with a hint of garlic. Yangnyeom is sweet with a hint of cinnamon. Both are great. The only downside about this place is they're cheap on the sauce. A lot of times, I have to ask for extra sauce because what they give you don't cover all the chicken pieces.

I didn't really like their chicken very much. I got the garlic chicken and it tasted ok but was overall kind of bland. I only go here because it's convenient and I crave fried chicken a lot but it's kinda pricey for what you get, the sides suck, and it's overall NOT WORTH IT.

I got the cheese buldak and I really liked it! We asked if the chicken can come less spicy and they were able to do that for us. There is so much gooey cheese on top. This is supposed to come with rice cakes, but we had a hard time trying to find any -- maybe because it blended in with all of the cheese. The sauce adds a nice punch to the chicken and it was not too overpowering. The portions are big -- you definitely get your money's worth, which is why I'm giving 5 stars! I think one cheese buldak can feed three people, possibly even four people if you eat conservatively. I came here with one other person for a weekday dinner. The store was pretty much empty except for several customers who came in to order takeout, so we were able to find seating easily. You would order and pay first at the counter and sit down to wait for the food to be brought to you. Because of this structure, you kind of need to approach the counter if you need any service. The server we interacted was nice and accommodating. The dining area and restroom was really clean.
