The owners think staffing a place with 2 employees works. It doesn't. Also, I had to order from a kiosk. i dont do that. Great staff though. They are really trying.

This Wendy's is really going downhill as they want you to order yourself on a terminal but the terminals don't work and there's no one behind the cash register so I left.
Food from here is usually good and worth it with sales or decent promotions.However, other reviews about inconsistency, mistakes, and completely unpredictable hours are correct. I understand staffing has been difficult for the past few years, but maybe that just means you need to make working here more appealing and practical for people.Anyway, did you seriously serve me sons of baconator when I clearly ordered the full sized baconators?

Went to the drive thru on a sunday night and there was basically nobody in line (good thing). The service was fast, friendly, and food was awesome! Got everything on my order correct!
