Said on the app they open at 9am for pick up so I ordered pickup. When I get there at 9:30 the door is still locked and there are just 4 employees standing around doing nothing. They pointing at the drive through but I ordered pickup and I walked to the Wendy’s so I can just walk through all the cars. Now I am out $10 and with no food.

I stopped by for some Chili, Son of the Baconator Meal and Frosty. Let me just say how disappointed I was. My burger was very bland. No flavor and heavily sauced. It was dropping out of the wrapper before I opened it. Fries were delicious I will say. But the biggest disappointment, NO CHILI!!! I understand that it's after midnight but NO CHILI?The one thing I cannot stand..."ANYTHING ELSE?" I cannot emphasize to GM's how important it is to not ever say this to your drive thru guest. Your rushing the order and it puts your customers in a rush or even worse, not wanting to order and drive off! Your order taker missed multiple opportunities to upsell and suggestive sell. I saw Queso Fries, Taco Sslad, and was interested in the pretzel bun so that could've been an upgrade. Retraining your staff should be priority!Lastly, having me pull away from the window so ticket times are low is a false adjustment on your ratings. The H.M.E. reports how long a car sits in your drive thru. I honestly sat for 11 minutes. Along with the other 3 cars in front of me and one being a Doordash. Now, because they gave me my frosty first at the window and that is desert, it was melted by the time I got to eat and finish my food.I'm not a fan of moving cars to falsely report how long cars sit in drive thru's.Let's fix your errors and I will return and give you a other review. Maybe and hopefully, it will be better.

This is my favorite Wendy's in Silicon Valley, although it somehow always needs work. I'm not sure how this is possible, since this is the flagship Wendy's for the area. However, the booths are comfortable, the two televisions work, there is plenty of parking, and the temperature is generally good.

Wendy's is buying the leftover patties from NewCastle sliders!
Ordered the breakfast 2 for $3 today. Specifically the egg and cheese biscuit with small potato fries. Charged me for each item individually for a total of $5.67. I paid it only to unwrap the egg and cheese and it wasn't even warm or hot. Called the restaurant because I was on the way to work and was hit with you didn't order a 2 for $3. Then what did I order? I got to the app and ordered the exact same items and it came out as to either 3.39 when I used the deal or 5.67 when sold individually. After explaining this multiple times - I just gave up. Save your time and just go somewhere else. The morning crew is guaranteed to mess up your order and overcharge you.

Food is amazing! I had never tried wendys til this year (2023, and I am 37yo). I received coupons and got to try a bunch of yummy items while in the middle of a big move, and couldn't cook much whilst packing. Omg: soooo yummy! Def recommend :DWheelchair accessibility: Very accessible
For some reason the lights inside the restaurant were always flashing, and the soft drink machine always has multiple drinks that were not available. The staffs were friendly and the food was ok.

Go here about once a year when I remember it's around, but this last time I went was abysmal. Burger was falling apart and the fries were gross. Didn't taste terrible but visually disgusting.I have fond memories of Wendy's in the past, but I guess the old days are gone now.
