Place full of young workers who don’t know what they are doing! And they never answer the phone. They also don’t understand the concept of extra crispy/well done/dry rub…however I put it, I still end up with soft wings!

Actually I don’t know how the food is. But after waiting for half an hour, and finding out others before me were waiting for *one* hour and *still* waiting, I left. Only reason for 2 stars (vs 1) was they at least they gave me a refund. Staff were new (one said 3 days) and, can’t blame them, they didn’t know what they were doing. The new girl looked like she was about to cry.

Busy place you can tell they work hard so be patient on Fridays and Saturdays your online order may take 45 mn to get ready but if you have this info then all is good. Next time I will just show up accordingly they offered a complimentary drink for the wait. Food is good would come back

Why oh why do my kids like their food, the only reason I'm forced to come here. Service as always terrible , order ahead , doesn't matter. Ordered online , said 20 mins, arrived 30 mins later , customers were ordering , no problem. After taking customer order i asked to pick up order , he went to look , not done. Ok , said I'll be back in 5 mins. Came back 10mins later still not done. 5 mins more food comes out , it's not mine, it's the freakin customer that ordered when I first arrived WTF!! So I start complaining to the clerk , he goes in the back and says another 5 mins and I see the cook hustling to get the order done , omg wtf , seriously All the while the manager is standing on the stove top, cleaning the vents while they cook the food below LOLwhy do I even bother posting a review, obviously 100's of people have complained here but nothings been done , just let's me vent lol

This has got to be one of the worst WingStop locations in all of California. Food was deliver 25 minutes late from there estimate, and half was cold - I guess they do the food in halves. Also, they are way understaffed or they're employees take VERY long lunch brakes. It's a toss

Just received our delivery order from the Cottle Wingstop. They forgot our large french fry. Be careful of this Wingstop. They seem to forget some thing in our order at least every other time when we order for delivery.

It took five minutes to get someone's attention when I try to pick up my order. They were understaffed but they need to pay attention. The food was generic so I don't have a problem with that. I just wish they paid attention to the hand waving or say they'll get back to me.

Very slow service. Only me and another customer there around noon, waited 30 minutes to get the food. No napkins for a fast food restaurant.

If you're on the clock, order ahead! We waited 23 mins for our order. It wasn't because the place was packed.Only 3 tables had customers and 2 of them were eating. It looked like they only used 1 fryer for chicken and the other for fries.From what we witnessed, 1 guy was taking orders and working the fryer and the other 2 staff were getting the orders ready, and one of them was in training.Also, they were moving soooo slow! They had no urgency about them. Instead of working in a fast food restaurant, they looked like they were working in a library!
