Me & the missis took a ride to San Juan as a friend of ours booked us a room for a quick getaway for valentines day. The friend does this for us on occasion. Not just for a celebratory occasion. Excellent food and service. We will definitely be back to try more items. We had carnitas wet burrito, shrimp caldo and taquitos. Also all of the meats, chicken, carnitas and asada were so good. truly a hidden gem.

My family and I were looking for a Mexican restaurant to have dinner on the way to San Diego. I found this El Coyotito on Yelp and saw the had handmade tortillas. I was sold. Everything we had was delicious. My daughter is super picky and she loved her food. The staff was very kind and helpful. Everything was very clean as well. We'll definitely be back the next time we drive down.
