This was purchased on 1/31/24. ? Some times you are given these items in a Starbucks bag unwrap and don't even know if it's expired or not.

Great Parking and a walkable distance from the railway. Staff was straight to the point and added no fluff, which I’m a fan of.Felt like more of a place to get a pour over and sit but the vibe felt hurried and chaotic. They must get huge rushes here.My big issue is they didn’t have 90% of the food. The pastry case was full, but it was all “display food.” It was an enticing disappoint. Mainly because I stopped in for some of their holiday snackies. Just seeing them but not being able to have them. It’s like standing at the gate to Disneyland and not having a ticket.

Went to get a Red Cup today. The cashier, Mayla, said she won't honor it for my latte unless I have peppermint or holiday spice put in it. I guess being a loyal customer, asking for a red cup and paying the required price is not enough at this shop. Poor customer service.

Every time I come in, this place is always busy. (Don't come in if you have no patience) The dude working the bar, Angel, is always running back and forth making sure everyone has the correct drinks and makes the effort to organize the finished drinks in a manner that would make it easy for the guests to grao (putting the same orders together etc. it's a small gesture but many places don't do this). My point is that I can tell he's a hard worker! Appreciate all you do every time I come in Angel One thing I would say is that y'all do get SUPER busy, in my opinion I would say they're understaffed/ unprepared for the rush. Please don't overwork your employees, they keep your business running.
