I'm sad to say that my partner and I will not be coming here anymore. We had been coming to this place for about half a year, maybe less. Moreover, since the beginning we had obviously enjoyed the food to keep coming here. However the service was never great, we would get the simple "Hi" and they would hand us the order sheet (We were mainly always served by the shift lead they have). At times they wouldn't offer water, ask how we were doing, or bring the bill. We wouldn't leave the best tip after our meals because of it. Today we had a bit of a confrontation with the shift lead about our tipping and their service. When we entered the restaurant they greeted us by not saying "hi" but by saying "there was a problem with tipping" and that we could not DINE IN but we're free to order out (don't order out it gets very cold). It very much sounded like she only wanted her tips and not asking for feedback on her service. We later spoke to the manager and she said she asked her shift to ask why people don't leave tips (not only us it seems) but it completely sounded like she only cared about the money and not the feedback. We recently came by and their new employee has wonderful customer service, except for the shift lead. The manager said they would retrain her and I hope they do for the sake of everyone willing to go.

My family and I finally got to try Dough Zone and so happy I did. We ordered two fried potstickers, wonton soup, beef noodle soup, onion pancakes and the cucumbers. Everything was hot and delicious! My kids ate everything which was awesome because they can be picky. We finished everything and they already asked to return on the car ride home. Highly recommend! Check them out and you will not be disappointed!

Came here on new years day and surprisingly they were open! Came with a couple friends and got some dumplings to share. The dumplings were really good, especially the soup dumplings. Unfortunately, they were out of a couple things we wanted to try such as the pork fried baos, the pork dumplings and some of the steamed dumplings. I will have to say that you should not order the broccoli with seafood sauce, definitely NOT worth $7. It came out as steamed broccoli with a sauce. You can easily make that at home and not for $7. I would come back here again though to get more dumplings and hopefully they will have the food they didn't have in stock there by the time I try this restaurant again.

The food here was amazing. Had the dandan noodles and it was good. The numbing after taste of it wasn't too strong. Their XLB was nice and juicy, very flavorful. The servers was polite and helpful. Gave their honest opinions on some food choices for us. The restaurant is a nice place to have dinner because its not too loud.

They know their carbs, son. Soup dumplings and pan-fried dumplings are the ones to beat. We've eaten there once and ordered out once and they were on point both times. Mad nice.
