The 5th Wheel in San Leandro is a true go-to diner! It's all about fast, fresh food that keeps the community coming back. Our order was quick, fresh, and you can tell they're popular by the bustling scene. Loads of to-go orders, too. Here's what I got: Two eggs scrambled with cheese Wheat toast Super delicious hash browns Country fried steak All cooked to perfection. If you're after quality eats in a friendly atmosphere, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

Nice little breakfast place. They have about 6 tables and 6 stools at the counter. The tables were full so we grabbed a seat at the counter. Service was friendly and prompt. Simple menu with a good selection of meats, sausages (including chorizo, chicken apple, Turkey and pork sausage) and omelets. We had the Bacon Omelet and Pork Sausage Omelet. Both were cooked well although I would have liked a little more cheese, preferable Jack cheese. I think it was American cheese? The hash browns were cooked perfect, fluffy inside, crisp outside. Good place for a quick simple breakfast.

I'm honestly shocked everyone isn't always talking about this place!! A little hidden gem that my husband discovered. We haven't been able to stray away from one particular dish so I really can't say how everything is, but this one dish keeps bringing us back! It's a no-fuss, little diner with just a few tables and some bar seating. It's got a fairly small kitchen. While we've had to wait before, we went this morning (a Saturday!) and there was no wait at all. There's some street parking available, prices are affordable and the service is fairly quick. We always order the Korean BBQ pork with white rice and toast, two over-medium eggs, a tall glass of orange juice and coffee. The pork is flavorful, with jalapeños, on top of a pile of white rice with a bit of butter on top. It doesn't make sense how good it is! Go check this spot out!

Eat there to find 5 stars.3/26/24 update: I haven't eaten at this place since the last time when I left that review ?Parking: Street parking is available and free... Just be careful when getting out of your car as some folks are distracted by their phones as they swerve to avoid a collision with you and your car door. ?Wheelchair accessibility: Too tight to maneuver one of them. But there is space for 2 maximum. Will have to reverse them wheels outta there. No 360 turning allowed lol jk no space.

Great little spot for breakfast. It only seats about 25 customers, so you might have to wait to be seated. Worth it though. I had the chicken fried steak and eggs. Everything was good and cooked perfectly. Atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is friendly. I will definitely be back.

This has been one of my favorite places to eat since I was a kid. The food is good, the clientele is always friendly, and I still go there to eat whenever I’m in the area. It’s very small inside, and the parking is on the street, so be prepared to maybe have to walk a little if the parking is crowded. I’ve never had to walk more than a block. It’s usually packed, but go see for yourself. The staff is friendly, and the food comes out pretty fast. You can also call ahead, so your food will be ready when you arrive. Either way, you won’t be disappointed.

2 stars. On for the atmosphere and the other for the great service. The food was average, as if it weren’t made in the kitchen but premade.

Omlettes were not the expected look for an omlette and it only had bacon and a lil cheese inside of it. Nothing to brag home to mom about.Vegetarian options: Just a few items on the menu.
