The food is fresh. The service is quick and friendly. And it's always clean and/staff cleaning every time we swing by. This is definitely our go to burger and fries spot!

The customer service was good. I ordered two cheese burgers and an order of regular fries. I spent $32 and some change. The burgers were $11each and the fries were $6. The burgers were thick but bland. My father thought his Five Guys cheeseburger tasted better than In and Out's double-double. I strongly disagree. The order of fries was plentiful (enough for 3 people) but extra greasy. I wouldn't recommend the fries. Overall, Five Guys is not for me. I am happy about the location, though.

I must say, this burger chain has easily become my top pick. It's well-known for its generous portion of french fries, no matter what size you order. We usually opt for a small and share it. The food here is consistently fresh and tasty. Despite often being bustling, the staff manages to serve customers swiftly and effectively. The only downside is the escalating prices, which have limited my visits to only when I'm really craving their burgers.

For the first time coming to this location, they are super friendly and they do a great job keeping the areas clean. Menu is easy to order pick your burger, toppings, fries, drinks , shakes..... easy!!!!everything is cooked fresh and be cautious of those with peanut allergies.... They use peanut oil. For regular fries, it's plenty.
Obviously I got everything on there and man was it dripping so much! They loaded us with fries in the bag and man was it a lot. Burger tasted just like all the other five guys in the bay area which was nice. It was a bit crowded too so we sat outside, great spot at the square to finish the day!

The manager, Alex has made sure the quality of the food is outstanding and the wait time is efficient. The restaurant is clean and a great place to eat while shopping the outlets. They have good milkshakes! Lots of flavors. Came to this location while passing through cities. When I arrived the register did not acknowledge me and answered the phone, she did not take my order until 5 minutes after me just waiting for her to finish the phone call. The other employees did not greet us nor offer to help us. However when a "regular" costumer arrived one of the employees was quick to jump on a register to help them. The location is very small with only about 3-4 tables, and although the location seems somewhat clean there was hair in my food. If i could give this place 0 stars I would. Do not eat here !!!!
