Went on a Saturday morning at 5 am after pumping gas in the area. I go through the drive thru to order and the screen is black. The menu light is on. I wait about a minute to see if anyone takes my order. I decide to speak and see if I get a reply. No reply. I drive forward. No one at the window. I drive a little more forward and check on my phone to make sure the location is supposed to be open. It says "open" so I drive back around and start speaking to the speaker thing again and about 15 seconds later I hear some background noise. No one responded. I wasted about 10 minutes of my morning on my birthday just to end up going to another Jack in the Box because at that point that's what I wanted for breakfast.

Only five through. Sometimes the order may be mixed up or not followed through the way it was requested. I'll eat here again and still do.
Some how everytime me and my two kids order something the order get messed up. They has never gotten right. So after been on the drive through for about 5 minutes I have to go and park the car and check for my order. Then walk inside the store show my invoice and correcte my meal. But I don't worry about is actually funny me and my kids see which order is wrong?The personnel don give us any hard time to correct their mistakes and they always apologize.Everything is cool and not hard feeling?

that fact that this happened not once but 3 times at this location waited 20 minutes in the afternoon no one in line just to get a messed up order and the spicy chicken sandwich was harder than a brick spend money at a establishment and u can't even eat it jack in a crack has officially gone to shitt never going to one again because of this location

I had very had time communicating with your staff at the drive tru. At one point I could hear her saying OMG. As if she was frustrated.. came to the window she looks very upset..The chicken pram was what I was asking for.

Whatever you do don't get a drink mine had a funky taste to it my second time here my grape powerade tasted like bleach and tap water they also can't hear a word you're saying at the drive
Came to this location because it's suppose to be open 24/7. There's about 4 cars waiting to place an order, we waited about 20 mins just to find out they are close. Why did it take for the employee to let us knw they are close? Also why does it say open 24/7?
