We've been coming here for Atleast 10+ years. Their food use to be so good and it's just gone down hill it's awful. Everything looks dry and old. All of our food was cold it was such a disappointment. We always came for bbq and what they served us today was old cold and dried out meat. Their fried rice doesn't have anything in neither does the chow mein. I also got 2 egg rolls and they didn't give me any sweet and sour, I went back in to ask for some and they gave me one packet when I asked for another she said extra is .50 crazy! We won't be coming back anymore and wasting our money.

Oh yeah, this place is the real deal. Lots of delicious food and tasty. Even their plain looking chow mein and fried rice is so good. Whenever I'm in the area, it's one of my go-to spots.

Rude, terrible customer service, and racist behavior. I ordered six egg rolls online and the funds were immediately taken from my account. That was expected. In an attempt to claim my order, I was profiled, insulted, and yelled at by staff even though I showed confirmation of my order more than twice. This happened 02/21/24 at 3:20 pm. This is not a place that I will spend my hard earned money again. Beware of the this place.

Happened to be in the area and was in the mood for Chinese food that I could order quick and take home. This is the place! Good selection of tasty food that's ready to go. Service was fast and friendly and the facility was clean. The portions were decent and you can't beat the price. I'll definitely go here again.

I went in to Jasmine's this eveni. Ng I have What jazz was this evening? I haven't been there for a while. I've been going in there ever since they were open 30 years ago. Pyes I asked for unan pork and fried rice. A nice house for the little box on unboth the rice and the hood and pork. I got home. And I open my box. It was sweet-and-sour not who named fork. I was a little upset and Abstract, well, come to find out number one. It was almost $15 for a little carton of rice and the sweet-and-sour which should have been the who d*** port. It was ridiculous price number one. Number 2 The pork fried rice was very light. No taste whatsoever. And this week's hour wait and shower pork that I did not order was totally absurd and dry. I told the guy to put more juice on it. I could see that it was a little dry, but it didn't make any difference with the added Jesus. I do not recommend this restaurant. The food is totally. Not good The service is not good. They took out the tables and there's only one table in the front of the 2 seats. They don't speak English very well for you to understand actually what you want instead of screwing app your order and take it in the money. I highly Ailee dope, recommend this facility. At all

My son found a metal piece of their cleaning tools in his eggroll. And there was no manager. They tried to fight me about getting our money back.
First time having food here. Bought the plate B option with 1/2 chow mien, 1/2 fried rice. Then fried chicken and orange chicken. Added 3 pieces of pot stickers. Positive: The food was hot and service was average, quick "pick your food and pay." 1 small table and 2 chairs on the side but place is meant to be "To Go." Negative: The orange chicken sauce made the chicken taste very artificial tasting to make you go "this tastes weird." Fried rice didn't seem to have much toppings compared to other fried rice at different restaurants, rather a more rice with soy sauce vibe, same with the chow-mien with the lack of chicken in the noodles. The chicken was a big slab of oily drumstick that left the oil on your lips and fingers super greasy. Potstickers were probably the most decent from everything. It came with the potsticker sauce packet and meat inside the potsticker was a tad mushy yet flavorful for the most part with soft chewy dough. Overall, for nearly $18 spent for Chinese food, I would honestly rather go elsewhere. No pic included. Felt like I wasted my calories and left unsatisfied on this one. Didn't even finish the food.

I've been eating here since they opened in the mid 90's. Another San Leandro staple. This place is know for its Hunan chicken dish. It's spicy, sweet and tangy. If sweet n sour pork had a bad ass older brother, it would be human chicken. It's battered and deep fried and the mixed with the sauce and bell peppers and onions and dried chili peppers. Pair this with chicken fried rice and you have the real deal value meal. I've been getting the 3 item for decades now. Double human chicken and chicken fried rice is my go to orders Other notable items to try: dry fried ribs, the egg rolls and potstickers, beef and broccoli and the bbq pork are all excellent. It's ready made food, that's always fresh and hot. New batches of the human chicken are constantly coming out so it is never in short supply. The price and value is great and the folks working there are friendly and pleasant.

Items I enjoy are the curry chicken, beef chow, the egg roll (gigantic and cheap) the drumstick that I'm sure is GMO, because where are these chickens with legs that big? The drumstick is crunchy and juicy. I ask for some jalapeños and onions to go with it. In my experiences they aren't too service oriented. It's kind of what can I get for you, is that it, this is hope much it cost. Fairly dry. The inside setting is bare minimum. I believe they've removed all tables at this point so it's to go only. A quick in and out.

The food was good and tasty, but tricky customer service. They want me to look out the window at the sunset to see how beautiful it was outside while she put my food on the plate; so she can give me less food on the plate? Why would anyone do this? Also, they did not give me an itemized receipt from the cash register, so I don’t know if they charged me correctly. When asked about it, the lady on the cash register said she charged me correctly; I don’t trust her. She only gave credit card receipt. They really need to work on their customer service. I don’t think I would return after being deceived and I don’t like the way they do business.
