Friendly, Quick & Precisely what you order-always hot and hardly any lines inside or out of business.With all eateries, it can become pricey but if you locate coupons or look for bargain items in the menu, it should be decent.

I ordered some biscuits and they were so stale and hard I couldn't even eat them. I tried to soften them up by putting them in the microwave and that didn't work. What a huge waste of my money. Won't be going back

I don't usually go to this KFC cuz it's always a bad experience, but it was close so I went. I ordered a 2 pc combo and 4 extra biscuits.They didn't ask what side I wanted. I told them I wanted the breast and wing. They repeated that back and I pull up and get my food. I had to ask for butter. It not honey was offered or automatically put in my bag. I get home and open the 2 pc box and find a leg and a thigh, not the breast and wing as I had ordered.

I went through drive-thru and ordered a pot pie and a two-piece dinner and used a nice coupon so it was only $5 for the pot pie and $6 for the two piece. Good deal. Thanks for the coupon KFC

I placed a mobile order and went in to pick up my order after the app said it was ready. The employees clearly saw me at the register but waited at least 2 minutes to come out to greet and acknowledge I was there waiting. I told her I have a mobile order and she said we don't have the spicy chicken and it would be a 20 mins wait. The lady's tone of voice was rude. She seems annoyed and didn't even seem like she wanted to serve or work there. I mean, if you don't want to work there then find another job that will make you happy. Don't take it out of your customers. Finally got my food after 30 minutes.

Came here the other day for lunch after spending time at bayfair mall. the employees seem to be friendly, they correctly gave me what I ordered. However, when I asked the employee to fill my soda for me, she told me that I needed to fill it up myself. Considering, that it was my first time at this KFC. The way the employee told me to do that, was slightly rude. Said employee needs to be trained to be a bit more friendly to customers!

The staff is good but there is a problem with the food I understand that there is inflation and prices go up but if I use to pay just under 9$ for a meal 2 years ago and now it cost 15$ at least the food should be standardized with good quality. Please people check your meals before driving away . My food was given to me burnt and they expect me not to complain about it cone one it's a 15 dollar meal.
