This is sad news. This is a slowly dying breed of classic resteraunts that had old world charm and EXCELLENT fare. There is not one single meal I did not throughly enjoy. From the classic spaghetti and meatballs to the salmon dinner to the lamb shanks. Tender, ALWAYS FLAVORFUL, ALWAYS MOIST AND JUICY. Your service was ALWAYS IMPECCABLY CLASSIC, WARM, and FRIENDLY. You were a part of our our community and a part of our family and YOU WILL BE GREATLY MISSED!!

The soup was really good, the Greek potatoes were delicious. The gyro was one of the best we had in a long time. Recommended!

Hasn't been to Luke's in years but was craving their Saganaki (flaming cheese) and olive tapanade and did not disappoint. Service is wonderful and parking is easy

Honestly the best Greek/Mediterranean in the east bay. We have gone several times and are never disappointed. Don't chicken out: get the greek potato instead of the fries.

The food was tasty and the service good. We had a few particular picky eaters in our group that requested their food a certain way and the staff was patient and very accommodating. Nice atmosphere and delicious gyros.

Absolutely not stuffy or hipster. Just a good place to bring hungry families. Pleasant staff serve tasty comfort food with generous portions and have a fantastically priced kid’s menu. We liked it so much that we had to come again for date night sans little ones - and practically needed to be rolled home. Love the lamb, and the lemon tiramisu is fantastic.

This is my new favorite Greek restaurant in the East Bay. Absolutely divine. My wife and I ate their last night for our 34th wedding anniversary. This place serves Greek and Italian food and everything is delicious. I had the lamb shank dinner and my wife and son had prawns. The prices are very reasonable the service is impeccable. Luke the owner is gracious, the waiter was polite and very attentive to us. The only down side is parking is very limited but you forget about all of that once you are inside. If you have not been then please go...go...go. Not open Sundays but the rest of the week open until 830pm. I give it five stars and five OPAS!!!

Took my brother here for lunch and it was delicious. Had dolmades, orzo soup, chicken souvlaki, and he had the Luke's burger.

Yummm, is what I'm thinking right now. First time going a couple weeks ago with my friend and it was SO good. We got the hummus, the Greek salad and chicken souvlaki with rice. It was so yummy, I went again the next day to get lunch to go.

veal parmesan is something most places have dropped from their menus since the COVID-19 pandemic but not Luke's. Luke and his staff treat you like family.
