I ordered on the app for carryout at 7pm and received my pizzas at 8pm. During that time I witnessed a fight almost happening and people pushing each orders to ask for their orders. My pizzas was over cooked and very dry.

Sad to give only one Star , however my order came out Wrong, I ordered a Stuff crust cheese only , it's not what was given to me, I odered second pizza , Hawaiian pizza which came with no Canadian bacon which was on the menu and hardly had any pineapples . I was offered my correct order but had to wait another 15 minutes my stuffed crust came out good, but once again the Hawaiian pizza had hardly any Canadian bacon . I was told that the order was taken by a phone service whom had written my phone order Incorrectly. My advice is to Always check your pizza before leaving the store.

I ordered boneless wings and they gave me bone in wings, the pasta bowl was not filled up to the top, just a really horrible experience, plus I ordered through door dash and got my meal delivered to me which was worst, it was a language barrier and the delivery driver did not speak English. I did not want to drive to have them re make my wings, so I wasted $35 on food that was not great at all. Bummer

The food and the pizza and the cinnamon rolls were so good but the cinnamon roll was 12 piece and they gave us like 10 or 9 but it was still okay and the person who took the order said in 20 minutes was gonna be ready but it took 30-29 minutes and it was so small there it's no place to sit it's so frustratingThe customer was nice they speak English,SpanishCash,Credit/Debit Card,Apple Pay,Android Pay,Google Pay,EBT

I just want to say to the crew to keep up the cleanliness of your finger tips. Keep them oil free always. Using the box and giving it to customers with their pizza inside the box with every crew's oily finger prints all over the box is the way to go. The other food I ordered was almost the same thing but the opposite. The other order seemed like no one touched it, so no finger prints. No one touched it cause the cinnamon bread supposed to be cut in half also no one cared ro put cinnamon on my STICK. You guys are very welcome to all the stars for the review. Ĝreat job guys! Yeeeehaaah! Giddy up.

This pizza place is poor managed, I made a mobile order of $180 to pay at the store and employees decided to cancel the order because it was pay cash at the store. I waited for 40 minutes in line just to be told they decided to cancel the order. Never ordering from them again for sure.

Ordered delivery for here to try something new. I haven't ate at Pizza Hut for a long time so I was curious how good it was. I ordered the bbq chicken pizza with cheese bread. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with how good it was. Service was pretty fast, too which I always appreciate especially when hungry. It just sucked because my food needed to be reheated by the time it got to me but I will just be mindful of that the next time I order.

Called yesterday afternoon to place an order for delivery. The connection on their end of the line was awful and kept cutting out mid-sentence. The guy who answered asked for my address and when I gave it, he tried to say it didn't exist. After struggling to look it up, he claimed they don't deliver "that far" in San Leandro -- we're a six-minute drive and a little less than two miles away from this location.I said ok but as I began asking to place an order for pickup instead, he hung up on me. Our entire conversation, he seemed less than enthusiastic to be talking to me.Didn't even need to actually get a pizza from this place to know this location is one to avoid. I've only ever had Pizza Hut one other time in my life, so long ago I can't even remember what it tasted like, and tried to order from here out of sheer curiosity about how Pizza Hut holds up to my favorite chains (Mountain Mike's and Round Table). Another pizza place got my money instead. Don't waste your time with businesses who hire people who make it crystal clear they don't care about you and don't want to work.

First time trying Pizza Hut, was pleasantly surprised. Ordered online via website on a Saturday night, and got my order on time. Tastes great, a bit more on the expensive side, even though I went through different coupons, still a bit pricey but generous with the amount of toppings, overall would get it again. 4/5
