This is a really nice restaurant in a great location. It's peaceful, cozy and has a nice outdoor patio. I appreciate that because I can bring my dog there. The staff were kind and attentive. The food was exquisite. I will definitely go here again as it's now my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the area.

I was driving when I called to ordered spring roll to be pick up. I asked how much and how many pcs per order. She said $10.00 3 pcs. I said wow that much? I guess I need 2 order. As soon as I told her 2 orders , and I’m going to order something else , but she hang up on me. She did not even say thank u . My son said did she just hang up on u?I look at the website and it says $9.00 per order but when I got there they charge me $9.50 per order. So I told her in your website it says $9.00 per order , when I called u , u said 10.00 . Then she said. $10.00 with tax per order. But when I looked at my receipt they charge me $22plus.Now it looks like they have 3 different price.$9.00 in website, $ 10.00 with tax according to her & my receipts said $9.50 plus tax.I told them, u guys have to correct your website price and I think they should all say the right price plus tax instead of 3 different prices.Plus they don’t have a good customer service.

Pho is always really good and I like that they have a small and large option because the large can be good for two people to share if you're not super hungry. It's one of the only places I like to sit down to eat in, their outdoor seating is nice and they serve hot tea as soon as you sit down. Overall a very comforting and homey place to visit on a rainy day, and affordably priced.

I love their grilled pork sandwiches! My mom loves their vegetable stir fried noodles. They have decent prices, parking around back, and outdoor seating. This is my go to place for Vietnamese food now. Definitely recommend.

Spring rolls are okay, was hoping for bean sprouts in rolls and Fried chicken wings, Vietnamese style was dry and over cooked, not worth the price we paid, very messy because of the sauces poured over it. Needs more vinegar in sauces and hot stuff like jalapeños on the side. The combo #28 is too one note. The carrots have no vinegar only sweet. Needed a few more jalapeños not just one slice. If they want to bring it over the top, it needs more flavor.

This is now my go-to place for bun bo hue. I would order it everyday if I could. It had the perfect amount of spice and the noodles had an amazing, soft consistency. The staff have been attentive every time I dine here. I've never had to wait for a table. If you dine inside, there is usually some Vietnamese music playing. You can also dine on the patio, which has a relaxing vibe, beautiful canopies for shade, and serves as a great spot to chat away. There's a lot you can pull into for parking and the spots are usually plentiful.I ordered the large bun bo hue and it came with the standard plate of bean sprouts, mint, lemon, and cabbage. I was literally scrounging for little noodles leftover in the soup, it was so bomb. They offer iced lemon water which I'm a big fan of. The large is only a dollar more than the small so why not treat yourself? The large is $17-18 which is probably standard but it makes me sad how much a decent bowl has gone up in price.I also ordered an avocado smoothie. I always order avocado smoothies when I can and I was pretty disappointed with the one here. It honestly tasted like a vanilla milkshake that was dyed green. It kind of tasted like a liquified donut, which isn't a bad thing, it just didn't taste like avocado at all. I couldn't even finish half.My family really enjoys this place and highly recommends it. I agree that it's a solid spot. Every item on the menu looks like a great choice. Try it out!

Ample amount of outdoor seating. Parking is interesting around back and side but available.Service fast. Priced about as expected for the basic beef pho. Thanks inflation. But it was just what I was craving. Broth was clean and flavorful. Wish there was some more basil and jalepeno for the accoutrements. Had the spring roll fried to perfection.I will be back to try the banh mi. The noodle soup passed my taste test.
