This particular Starbucks very rarely gets the drinks right because most of the time they miss the correct ingredients. For instance, EVERY SINGLE TIME I order the London Fog Tea here, they forget to put an ingredient, sometimes it's the vanilla syrup and other times the correct number of tea bags, and sometimes both; I'm not sure if they don't know how to make the drinks or they just don't.care about the quality of their drinks. The last time I was there, I asked them to please make my drink again becauae it was missing the vanilla syrup AND a tea bag, it tasted like diluted hot milk; I honestly didn't mind paying for the drink again even though it was not my fault. Unfortunately they're not very friendly and don't apologize for their mistakes. I very rarely experience these type of issues at any other Starbucks locations in the Bay Area. So, I think it's time to go or order somewhere else.

Starbucks Bayfair Mall is always short staffed . Today was no different the manager Marlene should be retrained . The one person who was outstanding today was a young guy named Marcus . Young man you are an asset to Starbucks . I watched you multi task making drinking back to back . Hats off to you young man great job . Two thumbs to Marcus

Even when it’s digitally written, my drinks still are wrong. There are options and I always choose no foam and I get foam or whip cream and no whip cream or not extra hot, when I’d request extra hot. I had to reheat it in the microwave. I don’t understand.
