I thought it was good, not great. Price wasn't good enough. Lower your prices, pay your workers more, and get good

I just caught the owner being rather sneaky and underhanded. I always ask for a "footlong turkey" and they naturally give me the regular Oven Roasted Turkey from the "build your own" menu. They always push double meat, guacamole, & other extras but that's the sneaky/underhanded part. Now they're trying to sneakily push the more expensive Signature SandwichesYesterday I came in and asked for a footlong turkey sandwich like I always do (from an employee) and I noticed her putting on more meat than usual. I stated that I didn't want extra meat. She replied that she was making me the #15 Titan Turkey. I said I wanted the regular Oven Roasted Turkey sandwich that I'd always been getting. She replied that they were doing only the "numbered" sandwiches. It was weird because Ive never been to a Subway that only did the numbered/specialty sandwiches and didnt do the Oven Roasted Turkey or other "build your own" sandwiches. I walked off and I went to another location nearby and they had no such policy.I came in today to ask why they were the only location with such policy. The manager (who was present yesterday but wasnt helping me) remembered me from yesterday and stated that they had no such policy and that the employee was wrong. I think she blamed it on a communication error and the employee's lack of fluency in english (which makes no sense because the employee may not have been a fluent english speaker but she seems to have a grasp of english that is adquate enough. I clearly stated what I wanted, she clearly understood me and clearly communicated to me that I could only get a "numbered" signature sandwich). The owner/manager clearly started to sneakily push the more expensive signature sandiwches over the "build your own" and I'll explain why:The previous time I came, unbeknownst to me, she made me the #15 Titan when I specifically asked for a "footlong turkey sandwich". Usually when I come here, I say "footlong turkey sandwich" and this location has never assumed I meant the #15 Titan Turkey nor has any other subway I've been to in the last 30 years. The only reason I didn't notice that she gave me something more expensive than what I ordered was because I asked for fresh mozzarella which is extra. I assumed the price difference was due ot that. To prove more of her sneakiness, I asked for mozzarella only on one side and she charged me for it on both sides. If someone asked for "turkey" you should either assume they mean the regular Oven Roasted Turkey breast or ask if they want that or the #15 Titan Turkey. So the owner was clearly lying about her employee being wrong yesterday for pushing the #15 Turkey Titan because she pushed it herself on me previously AND she charged me $2 extra for mozarella on both sides when she should only have charnged me $1 for the one side. If it were anyone else, I'd have chalked it up to a mistake but this place clearly tries to squeeze every penny out of you so Im almost positive she did it on. purpose thinking I wouldn't notice (which I didn't until now).Subway should have a talk w/this franchisee because it makes the entire company look bad.On top of that, the owner allowed her friend/relative sit their dog on top of one of the tables where customers eat. I love dogs but they don't belong on dining tables.

Didn't like their look when you use coupon, and they stop accepting them now making me to go way out to other places to use them.

I ordered two footloongs on the mobile app and my they looked so sad and flat. Hardly any tuna. Cheap with everything. Tuna, vegetables. You name it. Bread was old and stale.

This location is in shambles. The veggies are wilted and old, I had to request fresh ingredients for my order which they had an attitude about getting out.The employees are slow, joking around with each other in their language and pushy when they want to be. One employee was bold enough to cuss and yell at me over their food and prices. Also, they charge TAXES on TAX EXEMPT EBT purchases eventhough they were already notified them that doing so is illegal and in violation of CA Tax codes. They need to be inspected for cleanliness/health standards and they need to be penalized for charging extras on EBT purchases. I have made the necessary reports to the investigating agencies and I urge any other people overcharged to do the same.

Very slow service. Just one employee is available on lunch time.she couldn't even handle 2 customers. We waited so long in line. They gave preference to customer behind me in line. Our sandwiches were already got cold. 2 other Employees i don't know were on break or not, they came While we were paying. employee canceled our order and first charged the lady behind us. May be customer behind us was familier to the Employees. That's why they gave her preference. Employees need to get trained.

Just got back from this store where many items are locked up. You have to find a clerk to unlock and retrieve your item then she locks it in a plastic box for you to take to check out ... really??? Clerk told me that items locked up are those that get stolen. Customer service was good.
