My daughter was eating a bean and cheese burrito and she couldn't chew a piece that was in her mouth and when she took it out her mouth she found a plastic that was tied in a knot that came from the burrito. I called corporate and they made a report. Im very upset.

My first negative review! I know i shouldnt expect much from a taco bell, but it doesnt seem like they put effort into what they do. I bought a mexican pizza and two burritos today. I asked for extra hot sauce and they gave me 3 packets.The mexican pizza was a waste of money (see pic). I'm not sure why the preparation of food is so bad here. I usually go to the taco bell on E.14th, about a quarter mile away, but i was in the area today. If you're in the mood for taco bell, steer clear of this place.

We ordered 2 Mexican pizzas on a late night with extra tomato's we received both with no tomatoes. Called the restaurant to tell them about it but no answer. The food looked terrible and tasted disgusting. You only have one job. You don't need to be a rocket scientist to put tomatoes on a Mexican pizza! This experience was disappointing. I see why they only have 1 1/2 stars. The people that work here do not care about their customers. Will never go here again!!
I went through the drive-thru that night ?. The wait was long, fresh food and hot. Customer service was nice and friendly. I just didn't like strangers walking around the drive-thru who don't work there and aren't customers of their service either. Otherwise, everything great and they can't control everything. Continue being great ?
absolutely horrible customer service. rude ladies just shoved all of our items in the bag when it was supposed to come in a box. it was 3 combo boxes. the food is good but the churro puffs taste like stale cheetos. the store is filled with old men staring at you so definitely take drive through.

We should have known what to expect when we drove in to the parkin lot. Someone eating in their car decided to throw their trash out the window instead of putting it into the trash can located a few steps away. This just added to all the trash already in the parking lot. The store was the same - dirty...entryway needed a good power wash, condiment area was empty except for trash in each compartment, sticky drink area, dirty floors and the employees just didnt care.We made a huge mistake by eating in this store.

Disappointed to say the least. The driveway entrance on Hesperian Blvd is undoubtedly a hazard. The location is near a freeway exit and busy intersection, and you may or may hear a car honk. Secondly, the drive thru personnel took the order. However, she needed it repeated so she could actually input into the register. Finally, the food. My Breakfast Steak Crunchwrap was less than satisfying. The burnt taste of the overcooked tortilla and scarceness of steak helped seal the deal on this rating.Parking: There is a fair amount of parking available, including a van accessible ♿️ and a clean air vehicle space.

Why is it that 9 out of 10 Taco Bells leave the drive thru lights on EVERY SINGLE NIGHT after they close??????Every time I am looking for somewhere to eat late at night I fall for it. I see the lights on at Taco Bell, I talk myself into going to get the homemade diarrhea and sit at the box waiting for no one to take the order?Always wind up going to the JITB on Washington since they are 24/7.
