One of the best Vietnamese restaurants in the east bay. Sad to see it go, and I hope to see them again soon. Definitely deserved much more recognition.

It's a bummer, but they are closed. Bummer, considering that they had good pho with no msg. A Filipino restaurant has taken over.

Alas came here only to find out it's been replaced by a Filipino restaurant. so much for satisfying my Viet food cravings today

Found this spot on Yelp. It's definitely a hidden gem! The menu is amazing! It's not just the basic Pho's etc... it has a lot of home made styled meals! We tried 3 different entrees and they were ALL delicious! The interior is really nice too! Clean, contemporary. Service was great! We will definitely come back many more times! Sadly I didn't get the chance to take pics but will next time. The food was so good so we all just devoured it

Found this restaurant tucked away in a small shopping center. Had the Bun Bo Hue which they serve in one size. The broth was good but they put very little meat in the bowl which was surprising because I was the only one eating in the restaurant. Restaurant is very spacious and clean and the service was good.

Bun dau mam tom is delicious. The only strange thing is they dont have the usual boiled pork belly but rather some kind of cured cold cut pork belly. Still tastes good though, especially the chả cốm and dồi.

Our new favorite Viet place in town for the not-so-common Vietnamese dishes! We came to check out Bún đậu mắm tôm since I had not found a place in the East Bay that has it. We left full and content. A small order of $26 is enough to feed two people. The fried tofu and fish cake were so fresh and crunchy. I also loved that they included dồi (Vietnamese sausage) in the dish. Will be coming back to try their Bún mắm and other dishes!

Not worth the price. Bun bo hue barely had any beef in it and the broth was extremely sweet. It costs $7.50 to add 5 small "prawns" to Garlic noodles. They were bland, overcooked, and rubbery. Noodles needed more garlic Service was extremely slow. It took 30 minutes to bring out my BBH. Other tables that came before us didn't get their food either. There were only 4-5 occupied tables in the restaurant.

Me and my girlfriend are from Utah visiting California. We ordered the spring rolls, lemon grass chicken sandwich and the pho chicken noodle soup and rare brisket. They were all good and flavorful. We came again today and we ordered this huge chicken and rice platter. Excellent service and food. Very authentic Vietnamese food.

I love to support small businesses especially when they show that they care for the customer. My wife was craving Bun Dau Mam Tom, but we weren't too satisfied with any restaurants we frequented prior to this for this dish. My wife's friend recommended this place and I'm glad they did. I would rate this place #1 for their Bun Dau dish. The "Mam" shrimp paste is fantastic which elevates the whole dish. I normally don't write reviews much anymore, but I felt like I should praise the owners for what they did. We ordered our meal togo, but found out that they forgot the "Mam" shrimp paste when we got home(about 20 mins away). When we called and told them of the situation(accidents happen), the owner apologized and then took it upon himself to personally deliver the Mam to our home. Note that this restaurant is located in San Leandro and our place is located in Fremont. It takes about 20 mins and he came in exactly 20 mins. We were very appreciative of this gesture. Amazing Restaurant, Amazing Food, and Amazing Owners. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend the Bun Dau Mam Tom dish

No Bueno. Horrible pho...worst pho I have EVER tried and I've eaten alot of Viet food around the world. The pho broth was bland...no taste whatsoever...kind of taste like used pasta water. The pho noodles was in small broken pieces...nothing was over 2 inches long. The beef that they gave for my Pho Tai was fresh...I ate all the beef...left the F'd up noodles. In one of their pork rolls we found a long piece of hair. Though their roll was pretty good (minus the hair), however, they just provided the peanut sauce which usually the Nem rolls come with a special orange sauce. Don't know how they got 4 stars...but keep this up...you be lucky to be still in business...real talk.

They do not have a kids menu nor when requested a kids size pho, they could not accommodate. I had ordered a small Steak pho ($13.25). When the bowl came out, I was literally shocked. It came out looking like a kids size bowl, majority of it was only broth and noodles. They gave 7 paper thin small slices of eye round steak. If you know how to make pho, you know how cheap the noodles at the market are and how cheap it is to make the broth. I'm all about supporting businesses but not when they are robbing their customers and paying an arm and leg for what you ordered. I'm sorry, I cannot justify a small bowl of pho and of all things, 7 thin small pieces of steak for $13.25 plus tax! They act like they gave me Kobe beef. Lol. If you're going to charge me $13.25, give me more steak in my bowl bc noodles and broth costs you NOTHING. I rather go down the street to Saigon House when their bowl is $9 and they give 10+ fairly cut slices of steak. They are literally ripping off their customers here. So disappointed in this place. Do better for your patrons, viet kitchen!
