I came here looking for the $1 and $2 burgers advertised on TV good went to the drive-thru I was told that I needed to download the app to get the coupon i struggled for like 5 minutes and could not figure it out so Veronica told me to pull around to the window and she would help me. She was awesome, incredibly patient,friendly and helpful.Five Star Service! I work in the service industry So I know how hard it is to work with the public.However she went above and beyond What most people would do. Excellent employee!!!Give that woman a raise....

I always come here for the Crispy Panko Fish as it’s my favorite item on the menu. This Wendy’s in particular has not failed me when it comes to serving fresh hot food. If you’re looking for an amazing fish sandwich order the crispy panko fish sandwich with onions, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and double cheese.

Ordered three junior bacon cheeseburgers and one fry and two drinks and instead was given two meals and they weren't bacon cheeseburgers they were just cheeseburgers. And they wouldn't fix the orders they said to me that's what was said and I argued with them that I said over and over no meals and 3 jr. bacon cheeseburgers 1 LG fry and 2 lg drinks.

I started to frequent this restaurant after the pandemic lockdowns were lifted. Before the renovation that took place at the beginning of January 2024, the restaurant had guide rails at the front counter to help wrangle the line of people waiting to order, and the dining lobby was dinged up and there were a few tables that had graffiti scratched into it, however, the overall dine-in experience was pleasant. After the month-long renovation, they removed the guide rails and opened up the front counter, so it is much easier to traverse. They also added more ADA-compliant tables for people with disabilities, and the renovation put a new coat of paint, installed more lights and changed the art on the walls. They also installed a soda fountain machine in the lobby, but the table with the ketchup dispensers, disposable eating ware, salt & pepper and napkins is still there. Overall, my experience with this restaurant has been very positive, and the food is excellent, as well!Parking: This restaurant has a parking lot that can reasonably accommodate 20 cars and there are 2 disability-accessable lots side by side. The lot is clean and there's very few pieces of trash swirling in the lot.Wheelchair accessibility: There are two wheelchair accessible lanes in the parking lot that are side by side, which leads to a ramp up onto the sidewalk. The restaurant recently had a renovation that made the lobby and dining area a lot more open & convenient to traverse for wheelchair users. However, they didn't change the entrance doors, nor did they install buttons for wheelchair users that would open the door mechanically for the user. These doors open outward, as well, and combined with the other factors listed here, it is still a task for anyone using a wheelchair or scooter to open the door and enter.
