Judith gave us great service. We ordered the campfire meal for two and she spaced our drinks, appetizers, entrees, coffee and dessert to perfection. We weren't rushed but received things on a timely basis. Meat was cooked to order. Very good and satisfying.
Whenever I go there whether by myself or with another person?I have to submithat there's always a very good experience. The customer service is extremely good. The food is great though.Being honest if it was about five percent cheaper maybe ten that would be nice. But still the meal is well worth it especially with the great service I received. Thank you, black Angus for doing such a Bang up job.
Our first time at a Brunch Experience was just a ton of fun. Great ambiance, general manager an enthusiastic good guy and the menu was first rate. Raffle prizes a super hit as our table of 3 won 3 times. Go!

Visited with my husband for lunch. We were asked to wait then seated. Server was friendly. We got steak and shrimp, zucchini and seafood flight. Getting your food was very slow and it was nowhere near busy. Food was ok. We didn't saying anything but the server offered a cookie for the delay.Inside looked clean but seats were sticky and oily. It was our first time and probably the last at this location. Upside is they have tv if you want to watch and a private lot for parking

This is like the third time going since December. There was issues every time. This last time we were there total over 2 hours . Started off it took long time to get our appetizer and when received it was greasy and cold . Sent back came out the same . We got our main course the steaks were over cooked and not at all like the picture from website. The general manager came over tried to make it better by taking 50 off bill . I feel like the effort was there but I really wanted s good tasting steak it was Easter . My aunt who's 82 never complains and she even said it was not good . I also heard other people behind us complaining to . All these coupons they send out every day explain they probably don't get a lot of business. This really used to be one of my favorite places . Guess I won't be back and stay with Cattlemen's . Third time was a charm !

NY steak was 30% pure fat that had to be cut off... Medium was almost rare so I took it home to cook myself... My lobster tails didn't arrive until the end of the meal ... Black Angus is turning into Red Lobster with poor quality and service - next, they'll be calling agarden salad a premium side like RL

Our meals all came out very good. There are not enough employees at this location; servers are covering large areas by themselves, and it really, really shows.
Amazing fun staff. Very hospitable. The restaurant is very large and prices are super affordable. I'm glad they are still in operation.Wheelchair accessibility: They have ramps throughout their establishment.
Food was awful - small portions, average quality, high priced. Service was ok, waiter kept checking back to see if we needed anything, but even though the place seemed empty, it took forever to get our food (salads).

I would recommend getting the dinner for two. You get everything an appetizer dessert all that! Other than that when things add up you may pay a little bit because of the economy the prices have gone up.
