How many times have you been to a small, but unique, dessert destination, that takes you to another place? How about another country and city? Walking in to Cafe Crepes in SLO, you are immediately transported to Paris, France. The eatery is a small space, serving basics, notably, both savory and dessert crepes. Then, paninis also (yes, Italiano too). I must say, I came here mainly to admire and photograph the inside decor (yes, homework). On that front, I must say it was extremely well appointed (see my pictures), excellent taste in murals, oozed romance, magnetic and nostalgic (reminded me of my trip to Paris, and the south of France, years ago). I had already had lunch elsewhere, so I ordered the Strawberry and chocolate chip crepe. It would have been nice if banana was part of the concoction. Anyway, it was good, and luckily, I had room for it, and a little bit more. So I headed to another location in the vicinity, for another sweet treat.

This is a cute little cafe in the downtown area. They have a lot of choices of crepes including savory and sweet. I decided to try a savory crepe (I think it was called Crepes Florentine) which was absolutely delicious! My son had a Nutella and strawberry crepe and thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was also superb. The lady, who I think was the owner, was very friendly and provided great service. The cafe also had boba, ice cream, and macaroon ice cream sandwiches which I am super excited to try next time. They also had a great selection of coffee drinks. I had a lavender latte that was fantastic. I would highly recommended this place for Sunday breakfast or brunch or for a delicious crepe anytime of day.

I arrived later in the morning and so I decided to get the standard breakfast crepe which had egg, cheese, bacon and ranchero sauce. The crepe and eggs were excellent, I'd ask for the ranchero sauce on the side if possible next time. Their lattes were a bit overly sweetened so I'd also order a boba tea next time as well.

Really really tasty crepes. Very meticulously prepared and care taken to make them attractive as well as delicious. The place is decorated in a fun way, with a relaxed French vibe. But it is really really slow. We were told 25min wait for the food, which was okay, but it turned out to be more like 50-55 minutes which is extreme and we wouldn't have chosen to wait that long if we knew. Setting expectations is really important and being accurate or overestimating and then delivering faster than committed will make customers happy. So great crepes, but be prepared to wait. For the owner of this place, I really think another 1-2 crepe irons and another 1-2 employee would benefit your business greatly. Just being able to turn out 2-3 as many crepes will result in more sales for your business and happier customers due to the shorter wait times. More money can be made through higher volume.Wishing the best for your business.

A very cute dessert place in downtown SLO! I am a lover of crepes and so I decided to drop by after dinner for a quick pick-me-up. I ordered the banana nutella crepe. It never fails, such a delicious treat that anyone will enjoy.

We've been meaning to drop by this petit but attractive place for some time now, and we're glad we did. We both had dessert crepes, banana with Nutella for me and strawberries with cream cheese for Geoffrey. Both were perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. Our only regret is that we didn't come here sooner!

Love this place! I was looking for a good spot to have breakfast and happy to find café crêpes. Had a delicious breakfast, crêpe with eggs, veggies, and cheese. (Asked them to hold meat as I’m a vegetarian.). Also had a really good vanilla latte. Charming place with delicious food and very nice service. It was my first time here but definitely not my last.Vegetarian options: They make everything fresh, so if you want a vegetarian crêpe, they will do that for you. They took out the meat and added veggies for me.

An adorable little French vibe establishment! My son walked by and saw they had gluten free crepes. So after shopping, we walked back over to peek in to see what they had. The owner invited us in and we told her we were in to see the gf offerings. She said everything on the menu, with the exception of the panini, could be made gluten free.We tried 3 of the gf crepes and they were all delicious! It's been multiple hours and still no signs or symptoms of being glutened! We are already planning our next trip! ?Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free

Very nice place that is clean with fun, over-the-top decor. Nice to see something different in SLO where cafes try a little too hard to either be ~urban~ or ~minimalist~.We had the chicken florentine crepe and the lemon blueberry crepe. Both delicious. A blended matcha tea with boba to go with it (basically a matcha shake). All in all great, and a place we will happily return to.

Have you tried Mango with Chamoy Chili Boba? Let me tell you right now, one of the best Boba's I've had. The Taro milk tea was also very good. This little spunky spot was such a treat. The inside decor is inspired by a kitschy Parisian Cafe with lots of colors. We only tried the Boba drinks during this visit but it looks like they have some tasty Crepes and more food items. Definitely worth stopping in!
