Wish I could have given them a better review but customer service goes a long way!! I was not offered or suggested any supplements and I had to ask for my receipt. Very minimal interaction from employee. I recommend trying them midway and not first thing in the morning (8am).

I frequently visit Jamba and have been a loyal customer since it opened. It's been years since I've visited this location. It's been 15 minutes and I'm still waiting on my order. There are 2 people working with one new girl. One works the register, one makes drinks. There's been a long line of people after me. The staffing is seriously lacking. I've gone in and out of Atascadero Jamba in less than 5 minutes.

I had the most strangest experience at this location. Most of the previous staff are gone which is a shame. These new guys I encountered today were very weird maybe they are not used to being around women? I'll opt for the spot on Chorro & Foothill instead.

The people that help you are great. My experience has been the people getting drinks sometimes are very rude like this morning while I was waiting the woman in front of me it was teaching her two young children, math, and making sure they got it right from the drinks, making me wait in line until they perfected their educational experience of learning how to add their Jamba juices while I wait in line, so rude people have been so rude and the people helping as my experience as a psychologist are afraid to say anything because people are rude to them as well so they just wait and let them be rude to others around them while they know the people are being rude to them, and to those around them get it together rude people I know you’re upset because of the World situation but don’t take it out on others. You’re so rude doing that.

I just want to start by saying this was the best experience Ive ever had. I have a really big fear of crossing the street. Knowing this and watching me scream in fear, Brooke came to the rescue and gave me a piggy back ride across the street ?. When we finally arrived at the establishment, I needed 634.5 smoothies with hand made ingredients due to all of my allergies. This was no problem for her. Brooke got this done in no time with extra seconds to spare. She was able to make these smoothies and consume half of them in under 7 minutes. Not only this but she also gave me this new haircut in the break room(see image below) All of my friends say this cut is SUPER COOL and I am now able to get all the girls. She is an absolute unit behind the counter. She also hand delivered them to all of my friends including the one in down town San Diego. I can’t thank Brooke enough. I will only get smoothies made by Brooke. Thank you Jamba and thank you Brookie Cookie ?

Brooke Martin is an absolute dog behind that counter. I ordered 10 smoothies all for my fat self and she got those cranked out in under 2 minutes. I was in absolute awe of what I saw, so I gave her a $0.50 tip. Brooke M has some serious smoothie skills and I will only return for her. Thank god for Jamba and thank good for Brooke M !!!!

One star and I have not even gotten my food yet. The man that took are order barely new how to use the computer. He said we could not personalize our salad.. (screw our allergies right?) no Apple Pay at this buissness. I gave him a 100$ bill our order was 47$ and he said.. no we don't take that.. super rude.. like umm? U don't have 50$ change? Thankfully I had my credit card or they would have lost buissness. There Parmesan and peppers where Empty on tables. Just bad service. He was taking our order and literally stopped and started texting in the middle of our service... so weird..
