Perhaps it was the krafts single on my sandwich, maybe it was the Trader Joe's looking pre formed square of hash brown. And with so much grease you'd think flavor. But alas. Bland. No it was the sheer indifference of the staff when I entered. No hello, no goodbye. Just...... eh. No charming diner vibe.... Just eh.... Overall. Just not worth the 18 dollars for a breakfast and an oj.

wasn't good experience, for one egg and messy oily dark fried potatoes price for that was16$, this is not normal. Very disappointed, this place was recommended by my friends.

Greasy diner feel with excellent food. Hash browns were unexceptional but the sourdough French toast and breakfast burritos were outstanding ! Wait staff is kind and attentive.

Great breakfast! Service is always good. Eggs/Bacon biscuit w/gravy hit the spot! Diner homie feel.

Stopped in here for breakfast for the first time & last time. Cobwebs all over the ceiling fixtures and popcorn ceilings. The wife ordered a breakfast sandwich which was served with an un-heated english muffin and overcooked eggs. The food was so bad, it was as if a college kid whipped it up in his dorm on a hot plate. We didn't even finish it. Quite possibly, the worst breakfast we've ever had.

I have been to Louisa's over 50 times. Today was not good. The food was cold, and the steak was inedible. Then, an unhoused person walked in and started grabbing creamer off of my table. The unhoused issue is not their fault, but coupled with a bad meal, it makes me question if I should go back.

Had Huevos Rancheros for breakfast. Easily the best I have ever eaten. The beans were creamy, the eggs prepared just right and the sauce out of this world. As breakfast was so good we ordered the Cheeseburger Salad to take back to the hotel for later in the day. Salad is excellent. Plenty of veggies and a hugh hamburger patty. Plenty of cheese and the Thousand Island dressing tasted freshly made. This is a typical diner ambience and VERY busy. Service was excellent. All told when we come back to SLO we will be eating here again

A true diner experience! I had the Soyrizo with home fries which was cooked perfectly! Quick fast service and definitely family friendly. Prices are agreeable.

This is my absolute favorite place to go for brunch in SLO. Conveniently located in Downtown SLO, Louisa's is a cute, intimate diner that serves delicious breakfast foods. I love to order French Toast whenever I order breakfast/brunch and it was very good. It's not too sweet on it's own, but paired with the syrup, it's just the right amount of sweet. My friend got the buckwheat pancakes which she also really enjoyed. It is important to note that since the place is on the smaller side, there will likely be a wait. You have to come to the restaurant and be added to their waitlist. I recommend coming earlier to account for the possible wait time.
