We were there last October, needed fresh morning coffee. But the man who prepared our drink was unfriendly, I said Good Morning and thank you, no response. Really? Go somewhere else next time in SLO.

Cute spot with pretty good food. The Mustang sandwich hit the spot and their matcha latte was just okay. This is one of those counter service places where I don't understand where my 20% tip is going. I had to grab my utensils, waters, and pick up my food from the counter. I am also visibly handicapped + 8 months pregnant; the staff either didn't notice or think to help me out. (It wasn't like it was super busy in there either) So I wouldn't come running back here, but wouldn't mind returning to try their other sandwiches.

The food is honestly not that good as it was in the past. Clear decline in quality. The staff is super nice and amazing. It's probably due to management. The atmosphere is good and quite cozy.

I bought my friend a breakfast biscuit from mint craft . After two bites he opened the sandwich up , because he said he had to explore each ingredient individually because it was so very delicious . He said it was the best breakfast sandwich on an entire different level than he'd ever tasted before. It is obvious that the people cooking at mintcraft are experts not only in choosing the perfect ingredients that complement each other , but on the actual preparation of the food so that the flavor is truly captured . He said basically I would give them 10 out of five stars .

Adorable cafe with friendly owner, Josh, who serves up a strong lemonade and a good mocha. Sadly, by the time we got there, the biscuits were sold out, but they sound amazing! If we were local, we would come here often and bask in the warmth of the cozy artisanal vibes of this place. Excited to support a local business instead of Starbucks!

I like this place. I've been about three times since it's my daughter's favorite breakfast spot. She loves the polenta. I know that she and her boyfriend come here because they have gluten-free options. This last time I had a maple latte which was delicious and avocado toast which actually did need salt or additional seasoning of some sort. (Another review mentioned the lack of seasoning). I enjoyed it with the salt addition. The last visit I enjoyed a freshly baked blueberry muffin which was KILLER. It's a cheery feel inside and it definitely gives good vibes. I am looking forward to another Blueberry muffin or a different pastry on my next visit.
